Love love love. They run out of açaí a lot but other than that this location is awesome. The staff is top tier. Love the kale chips and pb&j smoothie when I can't get açaí bowl lol.

My go to smoothie is the shake with PB… literally soo good! The price keeps creeping up though, which is annoying, but I do like that they have a pretty solid reward program.

I wanted a smoothie so bad from here but they were moving entirely too slow for me. I’m not sure what’s hard about ringing someone up when you have another person making the smoothies. When I finally made it to the register, the employee didn’t say sorry for your wait or anything. Zero acknowledgment of how slow the service was. Please do better.

Over the past few years I have been a loyal customer to Ardens Garden and in particular the Vinings location, however, my most recent experience has left me not wanting to support the Ardens garden brand. I experienced the most absurd, rude, and disrespectful customer service ever from the associate Robin. Robin proceeded to get an aggressive attitude, be argumentative, and tried to refuse servicing me as I was trying to make a large purchase and redeem my rewards. Due to the terrible customer serve I ended up leaving mid purchase and not purchasing the 18 juices I was intending to.

In Addition,
When I contacted the store the next day to speak with the Assistant Manager (Malika) again, she apologized for the associates behavior , but did not provide any resolution for my concerns expressed or any intention to hold that associate accountable for her behavior. So, I proceeded to ask for the Store Manager as well as the district/regional managers contact info to further discuss my concerns and Malika LIED by told me there was no Store Manager, District Manager, or Regional Manager. She stated that the Store manager was in the midst of leaving and at the moment there would be no one for me to contact above her (the ASSISTANT manager)....This didn't make any sense given my personal background in management even when changes are happening there is ALWAYS someone above you unless your the CEO! I contacted another location to verify and that Store Manager said that everything Malika told me was incorrect. These interactions have left an extremely bad taste in my mouth concerning this location and Arden's Garden as a company.
