Visited 10/20/2020This is my first time at this location. The food was decent, but not great. I wanted mushrooms and mayonnaise, but I guess they forgot it. But besides that, my family and I didn't want to walk back to have them remake it, due to us boarding. We may be back if we're flying out on this side of the airport. :-)

Our ATL Inflight and Flt Ops management team wanted to do something to show our crews how much we appreciate the time they spend away from their families taking care of our customers, so we approached Charley's to see if they might be accommodate an order for their fantastic lemonades and tea. Wendy (the manager) and her crew not only prepared our order, but volunteered to have a member of the staff prepare and cart and bring it to our site. Douglas (the staff member) set up everything, and delivered service with a smile! Our crews LOVED the lemonade and tea options! Sheila S.

I absolutely hate the service here.. I've eaten here probably 50 plus times because I love the food. I worked at one when I was younger and know how good it can be ... but the service here is the worst ... they older man tries to speed up the line by badgering customers for there order and giving attitude ... he won't allow people to get refills and now he has a prodigy ... a younger kid who sounds just like him...

Very rude! Very slow! I think two of us in line were treated very different because we were white. Five blacks were waited on one after another and then when I approached the counter she walked off without saying a word. When she came back she said what do you want, nothing else was said even after I paid. The customer behind was black and yet you would think they were friends for thirty years!

Filthy tables and service area. Lady worker came out to fill condiments and wipe things. She did one swipe at the condiment table and pushed a chair close to the counter. Food wasn't too bad for the price. It did take a very long time from order to getting food. There were some rally loud (annoying) Delta runway workers there that made everyone feel talked about. Not sure where the management was

Have a couple of hours to kill and stopped by Charley's for some chicken and fries with Parmesan garlic. Yum, hit the spot.

The General Manager, and the whole staff were friendly and welcoming. The place was very clean, and the food was really good!!!! I do recommend this place
Always friendly staff, great food cooked to order and great strawberry lemonade.

We ordered some food at 8:45 pm when we landed from Vegas and the staff was very unprofessional and unfriendly. The lady at the counter was talking like she hated everything and was really rude. We were waiting on our order and the same lady told people that walked up after us that they were closing in 5 minutes because they were out of both bread and wraps, so she turned about 8 customers away and then proceeded to take a few more people orders a couple of minutes later. Overall, very rude and unprofessional.

Customer service VERY friendly. Everyone in line was told to have a good day at pick up. Cashier was polite and funny. Really appreciate good customer service! Philly cheese steak and fries were hot and fresh.

I give it five stars… I had to Philly cheesesteak and it was awesome. I also have fries with it they were pretty good as well. The staff was friendly and very helpful with their suggestions as to what type of sandwich I should get
