For some reason it's getting worse and worse with chipotle, if you ask for the same sauce that you put in bowl on side, they charge you 1.50 extra, I mean it's literally the same sauce in the bowl. And the quantity had gone down drastically even though the price increased, Moe's is a much better option and they don't charge for the chips there

Be Kind

I placed an order online and inputted the name for each item (as it showed the option). Instead of the staff writing the names on each order they put numbers, with no indication on what the items were. We had to unfortunately determine what was inside each bowl ordered by forking through to see ingredients for bowl orders, which was over 12 orders. Someone could have easily chosen the wrong order and may have become ill from allergies or worse. If you request the names put them on the order instead of putting numbers with no association to what the item may be. It’s not going to be worth a lawsuit if someone gets gravely ill from eating the wrong item.

This is my first time having a bad experience at Chipotle. This location is in perimeter mall. The lady put a very small amount of steak in my bowl then had an attitude when I asked is that all the meat I get. Then asked me with an attitude would I like to pay for extra meat. They charged me $5.15 extra for about 8 more small pieces of diced up steak. Smh I will never eat at this location again. The cashier was nice though.

Review for Perimeter Mall Food Court Chipotle: AMAZING! We placed a group DoorDash order for a nearby business for 18 people's orders for pickup at 1145. By 1110, the order was not processing, we called food court Chipotle and they said they never saw the order. That being said, they told us to come inside and order. We came inside and ordered 18 meals and they were AMAZING! Not only did they make our 18 meals in less than 20 minutes but they also kept their regular line going. They worked together so well, kept the line moving, it was so impressive. Teamwork at its finest! Thank you to Lashay, Nathaly, Monica, Abel, and Jasmine. These people deserve a raise- they TRULY saved the day or our team wouldn't have had lunch for our meeting!

Quick & friendly service by the first employee prepping the order.The employee next to him didn't seem too friendly when I asked her to swap out her gloves as she was handling meat & dairy products. I don't see the big deal with the simple request. The cashier picked up her coworker's lack of cool customer service & checked me out with a smile.This is the second time I've tried the apple cider vinegar & berry lemonade...delish.

My mom and I stopped by to grab some lunch, my mom walked up to the counter to start placing her order and the girl just sat there with a rude face and stared at her. No comment from her what so ever. As we were paying the girl who was taking our payment was extremely rude and somehow forgot everything we asked for. When we turned back around because she forgot our bottled water she made a huge deal about it. Then when she ALSO forgot our bag of chips we came back and told her. Without her saying anything she turned around stormed to the chips and shoved them into my moms face. Everyone here looks like they hate their jobs and clearly don’t know how to communicate with customers. (Also on the receipt it says the girls name who checked us out is ‘Susana’)

I only use this location since the one closer to me is now online order/pickup only and is absolutely horrible. On my many previous visits to this location, the service and food quality were always good. However, yesterday, I was disappointed. Now I understand why Chipotle is one of the many companies boasting about their rising earnings and stock price in this economy of rising prices and wages. Their prices are way up, and their serving portions are much smaller. I was shocked at how little food was put into my bowl. I was tempted to just walk away when the teenager was fixing my bowl. But if I ever go back, the next time I will. The food quality was not good either. The only fast food I dare to eat is Chipotle, and now that's over.

Cucumber lime drink not good. Let a cultured person call the shots. This dont even pair with liquor. Or use Ai to review Executive decisions. But never again.
