The menu offers an array of enticing options to choose from. With that being said I asked the waitress for her opinion on which item was better the #3(southside) or #17(Northside) she sided with the #3 [she somehow/ somewhere got “OG” which is menu item #2].So the order is placed and they come out with shrimp & grits which is(#2)I tell her this is not what I ordered and I’d like to get a different plate. She converses with management and I was informed I can either eat the food that was presented or order another item but pay for both plates . This was lunacy, why would I pay for food that I’m not going to eat and it was not my fault for getting the order wrong. And the real kicker is I’m allergic to shellfish, so I literally could not eat the food. But yet was forced to pay for the uneaten food due to the waitress Rachel (March 16, 2024- 3:21:28 pm) withholding my tables credit cards and cash back until my meal was paid for. Not only unprofessional but also morally corrupt. This establishment will not receive another cent from me again. However the music was quite tasteful.

To end our Saturday Date- I took this Special Guy out to LINNER (late lunch early dinner) to a Fave we haven’t seen since them Covid years… We ventured to Milk n Honey off Cascade only to see that they were closing in one minute so I immediately turned around and went out the door… A waitress followed us out and said, “Wait, our GENERAL MANAGER wants you to come on in and DINE with us or takeout if you prefer”…I personally was flabbergasted by HER KINDNESS & WILLINGNESS to ALLOW us to come in with a minute to closing… Who does that? MILK N HONEY…. GM Brittany, was the most Gracious Host, tending to every need and SERVING with a smile, good heart and so loving it was infectious to say the least… WE WERE EXTREMELY HUMBLED by their GRACE and GENEROSITY… See because they didnt have to BUT they DID… NOT all HUMANITY IS LOST… She did it from the ♥️ and THIS will stay with us Forever…Knowing that THEY did that for US- we in turn took a few bites and sips and said to her- “Since its closing and we are appreciative of the hospitality- we arent gonna stay too long so you can CLOSE UP SHOP and get home to your families”.. We boxed up our Delicious, Savory, Mouth watering pleasing to the palette dishes to dine Home… She was so reassuring about us staying but if you know me and E we dont like causing problems or taking away from others so we said, “We good so they could be too!”.WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM FOR ALL YOUR DINING PLEASURE… Dem Lamb Chops, Mac n Cheese, Honey Biscuits, Pineapple Mimosas and The Hangover to Die For! Man oh Man!Just get there before closing time… ?Thank you MILK N HONEY… You put the S in SERVICE… You put your Foot down to please our palettes. You put your whole selves in to making our date night Special! Blessings to you ALL… ♥️

Let’s start with the positives: Service was great, prices reasonable and no long wait.Negatives: Food was not great. Fish and grits were decent. The fried green tomatoes we cut very thick, not good at all. The French toast were terrible. The waffle was just okay. All in all we walked away disappointed and won’t be returning.

I had the fish creamy cheese eggs on 2 biscuitsMy food came out warm but the fish was really good. The appetizers need to come out quicker and last time I was there, I just wanted water with my meal. They charge for a bottled water an I said next time bring me a cup of ice an I will wait until it melts. Server was very engaging and nic. Husband enjoyed the shrimp and grits

My husband and I came here on Valentine’s Day for brunch. It’s nice on the inside as they also have an in closed patio. We sat inside and ordered crab cakes and some other fried lobster appetizer. For entrees we ordered lamb chops and grits and catfish and grits. We had a strawberry mimosa pitcher for our drinks. Our server was very knowledgeable of the menu and she engaged with us well. We’d definitely go back again to try others on the menu.

I recently placed a catering order with Milk and Honey. I initially reached out in January 2024 for a February 2024 event. Communication was not good (called a few times, email with response lag, etc.), but I really wanted to cater with them so I kept reaching out. The week of my event, I was connected with the General Manager (who was very apologetic) and she got me in contact with one of the owners. The owner was also very apologetic and personable and he got me taken care of with 1 phone call. The day of, they were behind schedule with my pick up - and I will not lie it gave me a few gray hairs. They did, however, throw in some biscuits for the wait and the employees were extremely pleasant and attentive which was a huge plus. The establishment was clean with a nice vibe, and I’m a sucker for cute photo opportunities so the floral wall outside was a nice touch.Overall, my guests and I thoroughly enjoyed the food and I appreciate their team going out of their way to turn a 1 star experience into a 5. I’d absolutely recommend Milk and Honey catering, with the note to catch them as far in advance as possible. I’d also patronize their business for regular brunch, not 1 food complaint.

Our visit to Milk & Honey's Cascade location was nothing short of amazing. Allana, our server, provided top-notch customer service and guided us through their diverse menu with great attention to detail. We ended up trying the Fried Green Tomatoes, The Honey Butter Biscuit, peach French toast, chicken sausage, seafood sensation, accompanied by a selection of refreshing drinks including the strawberry lemonade mimosa craft, and cranberry lemonade half-and-half.The service was fantastic, the ambience was delightful, and the overall experience was truly humbling. Milk & Honey Cascade is a definite must-visit in the metropolitan area - we can't recommend it enough!
