Delicious biscuits, breakfast sandwiches, café au lait, and rich home-baked butter pecan cake. Excellent, quick, and courteous service with attention to details. Love this place and look forward to it when I come to Atlanta. Highly recommend!

We’re new to the neighborhood, and really wanted to like this place.Unfortunately the service here leaves a lot to be desired. We waited over an hour for a pair of omelettes, and had to watch while people that had gotten here 15-20 minutes after us both got their food, ate, and left before we even got our food. When I asked for the status of our food about 40 minutes in, it was clear they hadn’t even started making ours yet, as they told me “just put it on the grill”The ambiance and overall environment were great, but we came away thinking they may give preferential treatment to regulars here, so if you do go I’d just say to prepare to wait for far longer than you expect if you’re not already a regular.Such a shame. They also got our order wrong when they finally delivered it, but at that point we were just ready to leave. Not sure we’ll give this place another chance, but my only advice to the owners would be to make sure to provide adequate service to all guests, so that you don’t keep certain guests waiting over an hour for their food.

Low budget seating, small portions and large prices. A glass of lemonade is $7.00. You stand in line to pay before you order and are promoted to add a tip before your food comes out. Caution where you sit because the upholstery is in dire need of repair. We will never return.

The order system requires payment when you order and asks for a "pre-tip" too. I don't think so. This a low budget joint with high budget prices. I felt like having a glass of lemonade but $7 is gouging. We drove so far we were too hungry to drive around hunting brunch elsewhere so we ordered the "Mr. Otis" which is eggs scrambled with cheese, turkey bacon, pancakes and water. We sat after searching for the least objectional table. The seating looks as if they got it from Goodwill. I take that back, Goodwill would be offended. I uploaded a picture in case you think I'm being harsh. There may have been one whole egg on my plate but certainly not two and it was so yellow I suspect that another customer got the egg whites and so mine may have been two yokes. The syrup for my pancakes came in those little tear off tubs the size of my thumb and they served me one for each pancake. I was so disappointed and glad I decided to leave a cash tip on the table instead of a pre-tip after experiencing the poor service. I left a nickel, no worries we will never return.

My experience here since I've been coming has been good the Ladies are always friendly and kind. However today I was shocked that when you speak to the OWNER gentleman when you see them walk in and he gruts at you not only once but twice because the 1st time I didn't think he heard me. Then he goes off in a corner and reads the paper. Mr. Owner please let me explain something to you as a business owner in a community. YOUR CUSTOMERS ARE WHAT KEEP YOU GOING. IF YOU ARE HAVING A BAD MORNING MAYBE YOU NEED TO STAY HOME UNTIL YOU CAN GET IT TOGETHER. A HELLO IS DUE TO EVERYONE THAT ENTERS YOUR DOORS. #beinggruppyisnotcuteonthejobsir!

We love this place! My husband gets the fried chicken biscuit and I get the sausage egg & cheese biscuit. Every time we eat here I eat my food too quickly to take a picture. ? Don’t sleep on this great local spot!

The staff was very friendly and attentive. They were my favorite part of the experience. The parking lot was fairly empty when we arrived but was full by the time we left around 11:30. This was on Saturday. The place has a nice neighborhood vibe. The food was hot and homey but nothing stood out to me in terms of flavor or preparation.

I absolutely love my coffee shop. I go there about once a week. The entire staff Treat you like family. The food is so good. I normally get the banana nut French toast. Which is out of this world! The basil lemonade is lovely. I also enjoy the Arnold Palmer. If I could give this place a 100 stars, I would. The owner is amazing and so sweet try it out you will love it

Met a friend on a Friday morning during holidays for coffee and a bite. Such a great vibe with the swings (be careful with those) and the owner was so friendly and kind. A walk through Eastview Cemetery and over to East Lake Golf Club gives a sense of Atlantas deep history. I’ll def be backParking: Park in back
