Young man that took out order was a hustler. I was very impressed with his professionalism and how he 100o/o took care of all the patrons. He quickly took care of needsI wish I knew his nameHe was a teen, the manager said he was new.I told the manager...Hope he will be rewarded.

Today was my first experience with Shane’s Rib Shack. I was served by Josh and Kendall. They provided AMAZING customer service going over and beyond to help me from deciding what to order and providing a great experience up until I received my order. I get food from this location often and have had good serviceThis past Friday Jeremy provided excellent service however upon returning home with my good I noticed he did however mess up my order and gave me double beans in stead of Mac n cheese but I let it slide because he was a nice guyI usually check the bag but he had it tied up and had assured me he check it for accuracy himselfMistakes happen so I’m not mad good thing he was so nice it made up fir the error
