So sad that El Taco is closing!!!!! We have loved this place since we moved to Atlanta in 2015. It has always been consistent, delicious, and a great atmosphere with wonderful service. Very glad we had one last chance to enjoy it before it closes.
They couldn't do anything wrong!! Lol we arrived early for our reservation. They didn't open until 5, but the let us in and handed us a drink menu and then shortly after we were seated. This food was sooo good! The drinks were mediocre and that's because i had peach flavored margarita and i couldn't taste the peach. There was still alcohol in it though lol!! I'll definitely be back!!

margaritas are fire i will give them that. also we've been here for an hour and the wheel has not been spun and all we want is some free tequila shots. also the smoked chicken tacos fell short of my expectations. shrimp was mid. fried chicken was a literal chicken tender 10/10 tho. they made me friend eat guacamole after we told them she was allergic. steak was a yes. way overcooked but so gas. the queso was wonderful, i put some in my pocket to take home.
