My fiancé has a passion for a good, flavorful baked potato. She’s loves their potatoes. Our schedules aligned today, Tuesday, so I said let’s partake in the 2 for $22. Gotta love a deal. Upon walking up to the counter, I noticed their digital menu was blank. Not even on. Black with our reflections staring at us. That’s the only attention we received. The cashier proceeded to have her personal conversation at the register without even acknowledging us. No hey, I’ll be right with you, nothing. I refuse to have to smile and interact with people to earn my income and spend it where it’s not reciprocated. Especially when it’s in the scope of the job. We left without ordering and won’t return.

This probably has to be the worst experience I had and will not go back. Just because the location is in a more hood adjacent area, the customer service shouldn’t mirror it. The lady that was working the register was the on the phone the when I walked up, when she took mh order, and when she gave me my food. I’m not asking to get chick fil a service but can you at least get off the phone or go to the back. Y’all are going to let people like that completely ruin your business. You lost a few customers because she was on the phone. At first I thought someone was calling a order in and that’s why I patiently waited. However, no it was her personal phone. The food is great, but 0 out of 10 do not recommend solely based off the lack of customer service. You need to clean house and try again.

this used to be my go to potato spot i drive from gwinnett all the way to greenbrier and spend 24 dollars on just meat there’s no potato and the piece of potato i have is burnt this so not right i don’t know who yall got cooking but yall definitely need yall old cook back cause i want be back

First, my husband insisted on going to this place in morrow which once we got there was closed. So we drove to greenbrier. We ordered the seafood potatoes yet I barely tasted any seafood. The “crabmeat” tasted like old fridge. The potato tasted sour for some reason. Honestly one of the worst potatoes I’ve ever had in my life. $27 for this is not worth it at all.

Literally Just spent $22 dollars and it wasn’t even worth $2. The potato tastes old. It wasn’t even a real potato but like they cooked potatoes and pot it in a wrap shaped like a potato. There was barely any skin. The shrimp was cut into pieces and tasted old. Crab is imitation. I ordered Alfredo and there was nothing that tasted anything like Alfredo. Honestly it was a waste of time all together. I’m so disappointed I can’t put words to it. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.

I’m sorry but to not share that you all are using imitation crabmeat but charging real crabmeat prices. To top it off food was bland. Not going back.

First of all, I love sleepy potato and I hadn't had a chance to eat it in a while so I was really looking forward to it. Wish I went somewhere else....I got the crab and shrimp Alfredo potato (added chicken) and it was disgusting. I'm around food all the time and I know when something is off and when I first tasted it immediately tasted tangy/sour as if the Alfredo was spoiled. I went to the guy to tell him about it and he tried to gaslight me and say that it's the lemon seasoning he puts on the seafood!!! I know the difference between lemon flavor and spoiled Alfredo sauce!!! Will NEVER be here again, so if y'all want good potatoes that won't give you the runs, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!

I ordered 8 wings I was served day old refried chicken. Returned the wings instantly and the owner remove the one I tasted poured the return ones over into another container and add one more wing. I looked at it and asked for a refund. The owner began to yell and told me I couldn’t receive a refund and also kept the chicken. The food was nasty and the potato was dry as well.

This place sold me an old potato that had a sour taste . I traveled over an hour and DID NOT know until I got home. Within 4 days, when I went back to this location, I was brushed off and told I can't get my money back, and there's no way the potato is bad, etc. This sorry excuses did NOT resolve the issue, and I am NOT going to let it go. I want my money BACK. PEOPLE PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE TO BUY ANY THING. I SEE NOW WHY THERE HAD NO CUSTOMERS LIKE THE OTHER FOOD ESTABLISHMENTS.

$23 for IMITATION Crab meat on a potato is crazy. I got the seafood potato and they didnt even put the sausage or broccoli on it. Charging that much for IMITATION Crab and 3 shrimp is robbery. Also, the cashier left the counter to go socialize instead of bagging orders. Wait is about 15 minutes.

I came here on a Monday afternoon so it wasn't busy at all. It took a little longer than I thought once I ordered but the potatoe and wings came out good. Dude behind counter was respectful gave me a card to look over while waiting , definitely was hesitant because of reviews but no complaints on a non busy
