I tried to download the app and use an invite code but it didn't work :( no free smoothie for me and my friend. I got a small açaí bowl with nutella. It melted kinda fast or I'm just a slow eater. It had some coconut flakes and nutella for nice texture. There was a bit of fruit but overall tasted great as a classic combo. Service felt kind of fragmented because the cashier had to keep asking the manager questions. Refreshing and healthy bowl!

Plenty of free parking in the plaza.

I have been a fan of Tropical Smoothie Cafe for years and this one is my first disappointment. There were multiple things “gone wrong” in this encounter. The cashier didn’t seem to understand anything that I was ordering. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch. She rung up a chipotle chicken sandwich. My fiancé and I both ordered an detox island green; and it does not taste good. In my detox island green I ordered “no banana”; however it seems like there’s not any fruit in it at all. I am drinking only ice, spinach, kale, and ginger. It is tasteless. Lastly, to put the cherry on top, the cashier asked for my name. I said Autumn. She type “aaram”. I will not be spending my money here. PS. The only positive out of this interaction was that my sandwich was good. But my fiancé’s sandwich was made wrong.

They’re supposed to be open at 8 on Saturday but at 8:11 I, and another lady, tried to go in and it was locked. Worker just stared at us with an attitude.

Island Detox Greens is the only one for me

Food is consistent with other locations. Owner/operator/manager has a terrible attitude.

used to come here almost everyday. they hired new people and the smoothies are gross, like trash worthy. I have to find a new location

This place is trash I spend over 200 dollars coming here I have to watch them every time when they make my smoothie I get the avocolda I always have to remind them to make sure everything is added either they missing ingredients or it’s not blended all the way. I'll make my own from now on people at these jobs don’t care about anything but money and forget customer service don’t come here.

They need to re hire people that’s has customer service skills because this place is trash and when you keep coming in there like I did they keep messing up your order on purpose so you can stop coming well it worked. Appreciate it I’ll go somewhere else and make sure people read this review
