Came here for dinner with my sister. We ordered three different rolls, ramen, calamari, miso soup, sake and the matcha cheesecake for dessert. Overall the food was on par with any other decent sushi place but the prices suggested it would be excellent which it was not. If our bill had been about 20% cheaper I could maybe give this place 5 stars but for the cost you can find better. The service was so-so. We were seated immediately but no one came to our table for a solid 10 mins and when she did come she did not seem particularly pleased to be there. I likely would not come here again but I’d say give it a shot if you’re interested.Parking: Limited parking behind the restaurant. Otherwise you must hunt for street parking. May the odds be ever in your favor.

Had last minute dinner here while passing by and it was a great choice! The combo dinners are a great deal and you get a decent amount of food for the price, especially for Japanese cuisine. The only hiccup was they got our order wrong but was quickly fixed, but we had also seen a table next to us get the wrong order. Very small space but we were seated quickly on a Sunday night. Space is tight so it was awkward to balance a purse in the seat and also make sure it won’t get knocked over. There’s a designated parking lot in the back and other parking options nearby.Parking: Tight lot in the back. Host can tell you more options at a nearby restaurant/street.

some of the worst sushi / nigiri i’ve ever had at a place rated this highly.have dined at some of the best sushi spots throughout the US, europe, and south america - consider myself well-rounded in eating sushi.the service was good and the atmosphere was nice but both me and my finance had trouble stomaching the poor taste and fish qualityi wasn’t going to leave a review but it’s been a few days and im still thinking how disappointing it was

We got a table for 6 very quickly on a Saturday. Lucky break. Had the ramen and 2 sushi roll combo. Cute little spot. Ramen was mid-range and very good flavor. Server was not particularly attentive and forgot a sushi roll twice, plus didn't come by with regard to to-go containers or check. I wouldn't go out of my way to come here but it was good.

I’ve been before but only had ramen. The ramen was good. Very flavorful. This time was just okay. The miso soup was lukewarm and the sushi was alright.

The restaurant smelled of an old grandpa’s closet, very dank smell almost like an old smoker lived here for years. The ramen was mediocre and the noodles weren’t fresh, and the broth was weak. The broth was creamy yet lacked a harmony of flavors and more or less tasted like sock water. The sashimi was edible and a few bites tasted fresh. This was lunch service. Perhaps better for dinner?

Good food good service nothing spectacular. We were a table of four and the 20% tip automatically added is a huge turn off from any future visit. Allow me to decide if the service warrants 20% tip or any amount of tip. Why don’t you just charge 70% or 80% tip automatically?

Affordable and casual spot for a quick ramen dinner and okay sushi. By no means fancy and doesn’t have much of a wait, which is nice. Parking is free and in the back of the building.Ramen- great broth with rich flavor and perfect noodles. The star of the show.Sushi- creative rolls, but not done as nicely/neatly as Nakato on Cheshire.Agedashi tofu- weird flavor and some of the pieces were chewy (almost like a Boba texture ?) would not order this again.
