Honestly, this is not a very good Willy's at all. Maybe i came at a bad time, or they just had a bad day... I don't know. But what i do know is this is the worse Willy's I've been to in Metro Atlanta.First, it took a long time for me to get through the line with my order. I've been in busier locations and went through the line faster than that. I was worried my food would be cold but the time i paid for my order!Secondly, my food was dry and tasted old (like it has been sitting all day). Everything from the rice to the beans and even the meat had this stale non-fresh taste to it. I don't see how they are allowed to even serve this product! I barely wanted to eat it. Even the chips tasted old!Lastly, i don't know if the women prepping the food need more training or what, But their customer service skills definitely left a lot to be desired. I have hearing loss, so i didn't hear the questions one of the ladies was asking me. She obviously wasn't paying attention to the fact that i had a hearing aid on. It took other people in line that I didn't even know to tell her that I had hearing loss! She just kind of blew it off like "well maybe one of them need to address me then!" Terrible!!!Again, I've never experienced ANY of these issues at any other Willy's! I feel like i paid 12 bucks for something that probably should've been given away for free!!! (Yes it was THAT bad and nasty) And the service was that bad.If you want a better experience and better food, go to the location at North druid Hills and Briarcliff! That's the one i go to because my job is right by it. The food is GREAT every single time. I've even introduced friends of mine to that location and they go there every time now!In short, maybe I went to this location at a bad time (6pm Sunday 3/17). But If I'm comparing it to the consistency and quality of service of the other locations, this one rates very poorly in my opinion!! 3 thumbs down!!!!
