Great staff, but they need to hire more. It took about 45 min to receive my togo order. Great food tho! As always!

Long line. I left did not order. Other people who ordered was happy because they waited sooooo long.

The food was delicious and it was a nice size portion. However, I was not happy about one of the employees talking (yelling & laughing) and bagging food without a mask on. We are still in a pandemic and her actions produced droplets that are projected in the air over uncovered food. This is gross even in a non pandemic environment. I kindly asked her to put her mask on...people’s food are directly in front of you. She did but as a customer I should have to and coworker was right next to her.

I'm a regular customer of this location because I cannot get enough of the tomato basil soup, chocolate chip cookie, hummus trio, hot potato salad, lamb power grain bowl, salmon kabobs, and marinated feta slaw. Practically everything on the menu is delicious and the service is always nice and welcoming. Food is always fresh! I definitely recommend Zoës Kitchen and this location in particular!

Food is good but the establishment is poorly run and unorganized. The wait for lunch is ridiculously too long!!

Agreed with below reviews.Twenty minutes to get a pita and grilled potato salad which when arrived wasn’t grilled so you’d think it would have come out sooner. No problems with any other locations I’ve visited. Just Perimeter.Pita was good, though.

The worst. Super slow service - 20 min wait after order and it wasn't busy at all. Staff very inefficient - slow thinking and slow working. Even had to go back to the counter to ask where it was. When it finally came out, it was wrong. I asked for a refund and left.

Not too fond of this location. For one, service is super slow and they play way too much to be handling someone's food. The manager is unprofessional. If you mess up someone's order you apologize for it and move on. You don't argue with the person.

Great location, my food was plated nicely and ingredients were fresh. Service was a bit slow but there was only one girl working the register and she was also answering the business phone, bringing food out, taking orders, etc. She was impressive! I like that Zoës shows you the calorie amount for all their items.

Slowest experience of all time. The staff seem to be in disarray. I got to watch the kitchen staff move at a glacial pace, talking to each other, no one working the salad area (what I ordered which normally takes 5 min). The ladies at the front were so frustrated and trying to keep the back moving. Waited 25 min for a to go classic salad at 3 on a slow Sunday.

Great location, great staff, time efficient, I just wish their online ordering was more user friendly

I love Zoes but avoid this location even though it is closest to me. Service is slow and mechanical. Employees are very zombie like and seam very unhappy. Maybe they are stressed. If ordering online I know to show up later than time given because it's not going to be ready and last few times I stood at counter for quite awhile before being acknowledged. I haven't had any problems at other locations. Perimeter needs to get it together.

Great food, a bit pricey but you get a good portion. Lamb Pita is my go to!

Slow service. Food quality much worse than other locations.

Changed my review to a 2 star. No notifications or signs for changing to online order pick-ups only. 3 other people were waiting to order and everyone in the back completely ignored everyone. It seems that service get worse every time I come here.
