Had an amazing experience with this place. Needed to order a cake for my son's birthday who is in Augusta for a school trip. They took my order on a short notice. They made sure it was delivered to the right place on time. The service was above and beyond. And my son said the cake was delicious. Thank you to everybody who helped me!

We ordered our wedding cake from here and it came out amazing! The staff is nice and the cake was on time for the day of. The service was convenient as well. We simply dropped everything off to them and gave them an idea of what we wanted. They exceeded expectations and the cake flavors were amazing.

This is unacceptable! I found a long hair baked inside my cupcake. Bakers at this place may want to cover hair when preparing and baking goods. Accidents happens, but I will not return.

I should actually rate this a five for my experience. They made a wonderful cake and the frosting was of a jar of dukes mayonnaise which my daughter loved. I thought they did a terrific job and everyone at our memorial service was thrilled especially her children.

a piece of cake bakery out did themselves again on my daughter's birthday cake! I sent them a picture and gave a few suggestions and creative license....wow! we couldn't have asked for a more beautiful, good tasting, and moist cake for a sweet 16! thank you! they even made the entire thing sparkle by spraying it with edible glitter.

Twice in two weeks I’ve had to reconstruct cakes from this bakery that are brought into a restaurant I work at by customers who have no idea the three layers of cake have totally slipped apart ruining the icing and decoration inside of the box that’s been sealed with tape. Imagine being tasked with presenting someone’s birthday cake that has been handed over to you looking as if it has been slung across the room. I’m not sure if the cakes are being decorated while they are warm or if the structural integrity is just lacking, but if I paid for the cakes I would be requesting a refund. I’m tired of cleaning up your mess, Piece of Cake. The cakes taste great though.

This was my third time ordering a cake from this bakery. My first two were absolutely fantastic and decorated exactly how I wanted. This last cake was for a graduation party and I was dissatisfied; the plain square for the grad cap looked like it was cut by a toddler. The lines were not straight, the edges were not finished, the grad name was completely left off. The whole cake looked very unprofessional and unpolished.

I needed a cake last minute because my order from Walmart was canceled. They made a paw patrol cake in time for me to drive to ATL for my daughter’s birthday party. We got so many compliments on the cake and cupcakes, people went back for seconds. 10/10!!
