The food was very flavorful!Like many reviews have stated, the wait time was lengthy. Normally, I don't hold it against quality (you can't rush art), however ~30 mins is excessive for 1 meal during non peak hours.Also, my initial option (jerk chicken) wasn't available. Yes, the wait is long. However, I don't think people understand how long it takes to cook AUTHENTIC food. Especially, meats such as goat/beef, which can't be cooked in an hour (these take time). I am not sure what their prep process routine is and maybe that can be improved so that the delays in wait time lessens. I've eaten here 4 times and each time the food was absolutely delicious. I tried Jamaican Way a d although the food was ok, it was overpriced and way less food. Jamaican Hut definitely has a new loyal customer. I order at least twice a week. There is a wait so be patient!
