David the Pharmacist was an absolute lifesaver. I had a perfect storm occur, falling in between refills of a prescription with very strict rules while on the way to a long overdue vacation. David was able to untie the knot of policies regarding filling out-of-town prescriptions and had me back on the road to the beach in less than 10 minutes. I do like Krogers on Washington Road in Augusta. I do not like their new delivery service. I paid $59 for a year. Kroger's is now using instacart instead of their own people. I was supposed to get my groceries between 7 a.m. and 9 a.m.. now I am being told I won't get my groceries till 4:15 p.m.. I'm still waiting to find out if I do even get it. we're talking about $80 worth of groceries. I did find out that instacart is short on employees. Stopped by back to back. Initially came for Kroger Chef Junior program on Saturday! Then came back for the Wienermobile on Sunday! Got my whistle! I'm official, thistle!! We also did a little grocery shopping. Had a decent sale on produce: avocados, strawberries and bananas. I saw a cake, but I left it in the store.
