I'm so glad that the dining room is open again. Staff was friendly and helpful. The food was good. I didn't like that they only gave you one Sunriser now with the combo instead of the two that they used to.

They have different prices on their sign than what I paid. I paid $20 more for 12 Krystals with cheese and sign said $24.98 for 12. Ordered through the app this time and they said that they never received the order so had to pay a 2nd time

Not sure what has happened here, but what they have on the menu is not what they are selling. The 3 chick combo is now a 2 chick combo, the 2 sunriser combo is now just 1, but the menu shows it the same as always.It's like a very real bait and switch. They have just lost a lifelong customer.

I placed a mobile order On Nov 26 which is a sunday and went to go pick it up at 9:45pm and I get to the window and they say they are closed. Why are you guys taking online mobile orders if you guys are closed because I have already been charged for the food. Its ridiculous. Then on top of that it states this location is open till 11pm. So how do I go about getting a refund bc im sure if I go back to the store theyll say we cant do mobile order refunds just like every other fast food chain that lets you do mobile orders.
