Walked in and was immediately disgusted. First, place is dirty. Like prints on walls, dirty ceiling, crumbs and hand prints all over counters and glass, and pizza sauce on the floor. Definitely looked like the crew/ owner had NOT been properly cleaning for a long time. I came in for a simple cheese pizza, it was not busy at all and I still had to wait 30+ minutes to get a single cheese pizza. The cashier did not greet us and choose to make a phone call right before I called him out to finally take our order. The manager and other employee just looked at us, no type of customer service skills what so ever. Years ago this place was CLEAN and had a MUCH BETTER staff.

I didn’t get the sweet lady’s name that was working tonight (10/24/23 9:50 PM) but I tell you what, she deserves a raise. I called 15 minutes to close and she came though in the clutch with some fresh breadsticks when she didn’t have to, she could’ve said they are out or anything but she made it happen and got me my breadsticks and pizza and man it is tasting amazing as I write this review. If I would’ve got her name I’d post it here but she deserves a raise for sure! She went above and beyond to make sure I had what I wanted right at closing time when she didn’t have to! 10/10 costumer service and I love it!

Cameron the cashier was on his phone ear piece the whole time carrying a conversation and half the time I thought he was talking to me . I repeated my order 4 time and he still got it wrong.

I don't think I'll ever go here again. I used the Little Caesars app, and the driver left out half my order, so I drove in pouring rain to get the forgotten items. Only to have whoever was up front (a black guy) get an attitude as soon as he realized I had an issue and wasn't there to order. He said refund or nothing he can do, and immediately walked to the back, giving me no chance to say if I wanted one. This was EXTREMELY RUDE. Way to upset customers who are allready having a bad day. Mind you, it would have been the store's fault for forgotten items. All the driver does is punch in the code and take whatever is in the warmer. It seems like the manager doesn't care either, because he knew there was a problem and stayed in the back making pizza. The normal thing to do would be to come to the front when you know a customer has a problem.... I'll be happy to go out of my way now for a better experience. I hope this place shuts down.

The second time, I ordered from this locale, and the second time, they messed up my order. I paid $24.05, called the store repeatedly, and every time they hung up on me. Finally, I called the 800 number, and they could only give me 25% of what I paid back. What a shame! The Little Caesars in Augusta suck and now they steal your funds for their errors. No more! Tu.

I’m highly dissatisfied in this store. I walked in and was ready to order Cameron S and another lady were in the back talking and on their phones. I patiently waited for 10 minutes while they were talking and they still didn’t acknowledge my presence. Mind you, the door did ring when I walked in. 2 people came in after me, it had been 10 minutes already and they still didn’t acknowledge us until AFTER THEY WERE DONE WITH THEIR CONVERSATION. I ask that you please do not be in customer service if you’re not going to SERVICE. This is very displeasing and will not recommend this food chain to anyone.

Trash restaurant takes people’s orders during working hours and close during working hours. Couldn’t even receive my food because they decided to close at 5pm on a Saturday I would not recommend getting food from there
