The server was apparently new. It was just a "ok" night. Nothing special. The food was cold and the temperature of the steaks were all wrong. We were just plain hungry and dealt with it. The server was pleasant.

Ordered steak medium and a loaded baked potatoe. The steak came out well done crispy in fact and the baked potatoe was slightly warm. The butter was not even melted. My wife's was similar. I don't normally use steak sauce , but needed it to choke it down. I was on a schedule and did not have time to send it back. Evidently no manager on duty. I won't be back

ordered car hop at 9pmfood was pose to be ready at 9:30i pay online at 9:35ish and leave a $1.71 tippulled up at 9:40it’s 9:58 nobody came out to bring my food.i call the number nobody answeredIT’S NOW CLOSED AT 10PM im still waiting everybody leaving!!!i finally get out at 10:07 knocks on the glass doorlady walks to the door but doesn’t open & says she can’t open it she going to the managerthe manager comes to the door and says “ everything went through except .78 (LIKE WHY TF YOU AIN’T CALL AND TELL ME THAT?!??) i hand him a 1$.he comes back and bring the food.i get to the light and notice my drink is missing so i turn around and go back to knocklady comes to the door says she can’t open only the manager. i tell her my drink missing. she goes to get the drink and open the door to hand it to me… hmmmso i make it 6 minutes down the rd, open the food my whole a$$ potato missing. and food cold a$fq. i really wanted that potato the most so im too mad to wait till they open so i can let them kno. i should’ve removed my d@m tip cause you didn’t bring it to me, i had to warm everything up & you forget my potato but still gave me a cup with sourcream, cheese & bacon WHEN I SAID NO SOURCREAM ANY WAYS!!!!! poor service & poor food!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i guess my tip wasn’t enough to walk outside and hand it to me

We came in about 8:20 on Easter evening. The restaurant was not very crowded at all, but I do know that as time approaches closing (which was 10pm), the servers start being a little more concerned with their evening responsibilities more than their customers. There was a problem with every single part of our order except for my water. We were traveling, and my husband ordered 2 teas because he was very thirsty. The server only brought one and was reminded of the second one. He did not bring the second tea until my husband’s drink had been empty for a few mins. When he did bring a refill, he brought it in a plastic cup with no ice and poured it into the glass that my husband had been drinking from, and it had no ice in it because he had been eating the ice because he was thirsty. So, he did get his second glass of tea, but it was room temp because of no ice.I ordered the small strawberry salad and a margarita. I got the salad before my husband got his meal and there was no dressing on it. The lettuce was dry and wilted. My husband ordered the kids hamburger with lettuce, tomato, pickles and onion. He only got lettuce and tomato. The food had to have been sitting in the window for a long time because the fries had no heat to them whatsoever. I almost forgot to mention that I got my salad before my margarita. When he brought the salad, I asked about my drink and by his reaction, we knew that he had forgotten to check the bar for it. We think that is what happened to my husband’s meal, which is why the fries were not even warm.I saw the manager approach a table of four to ask how their meal was, but she did not come to our table, which was just diagonal from the other table. She was obviously not watching the window or the bar area to make sure that things were being delivered to tables. It was literally the worst experience we’ve ever had at a Longhorn restaurant, and we eat at Longhorn multiple times/month. The standards at this Longhorn do not seem up to par from our experience.
