Called for 20-25 minutes and no one answered. Went to the building and the manager looked at the phone and said “Oh it’s off.” No compensation for the inconvenience. Terrible service.

Absolutely horrible experience at the Downtown location. Arrived at 5pm on a Sunday and it took over an hour for the appetizer to arrive. We ended up having to get the pizza to go as we had our child with us and it did not arrive until after 6:30. Staff was not apologetic and avoided our table. Once we got the pizza home, it had no flavor and didn't even resemble the pizza we normally order. As someone who grew up going to pizza joint, I am extremely disappointed.

Definitely recommend and can't wait to go back and try out more. We had the White Pizza with garlic knots. The garlic knots weren't nothing too special but the pizza was great. The service was nice and friendly. Although we did go there to try their Detroit style but they were completely out of dough to make'em.

The pizza joint impressed with its exceptional combination of speed, respectfulness, and a palpable sense of safety. From the moment we entered, the atmosphere presented a welcoming and secure vibe, adding to the overall positive experience. The waiter, in particular, stood out for their swift and attentive service, ensuring that our dining needs were promptly met.The highlight of the culinary experience was undoubtedly the pizza itself. The dough was a testament to skillful craftsmanship, striking the perfect balance between softness and resilience. Each bite revealed the care put into its preparation, making it clear that quality ingredients and culinary expertise were at the forefront of this establishment's priorities. Moreover, the speed at which the food was delivered did not compromise its excellence; it merely added to the overall efficiency of the dining experience. The restaurant's commitment to maintaining a clean and orderly environment further enhanced the sense of safety, allowing patrons to focus on savoring their meal without any concerns. In summary, this pizza joint seamlessly combines speed, respectfulness, and a commitment to safety, making it a standout choice for those seeking a delightful and hassle-free dining experience.

This was a horrible experience. We arrived Sat at noon and it took over an hour to get our order of 3 pizzas to the table. It wasn't busy at all. Pizza was hot from the oven and mediocre at best. Crust was hard and had very little flavor. The location and atmosphere is good, salad was good. They just need to work on their recipe and service quality.Dietary restrictions: They do offer a cauliflower pizza which is nice. Nothing to write home about though.
