The staff is very unprofessional and need to either hire a new staff or shut down. I ordered a 10pc combo and they gave me all drums no flats like seriously! I ordered an hour before closing so there was no reason for them to be lazy and give me all drums not one flat and thank goodness I didn’t pay extra for flats because I’m sure I wouldn’t have gotten them. I’m very upset!!

Got this at work for lunch today. The wings were supposed to be mild and lemon pepper. I got mild and hawaiian. I guess. Both were not flavorful. Got fries that were soggy and gross. Do not recommend. Even took the leftovers home and my kids said it was not good.

Always have great service here. The ranch dressing is second to none! I was eating here 2 to 3 times a week. I can eat chicken wings everyday! Wingstop get me right everytime. Lemon pepper and buffalo meats please!

I kept seeing that video of that one blonde female yelling that she worked 10 hours and all she wants is Wingstop. So I went for the first time. I got the barbecue chicken wings. Despite a little pricey it was nice food. I guess I could see why she was yelling for

I placed my order by phone they told me it would be ready in 20min. Came in at the exact time they said it would be ready. 2 young ladies working the front counter had the most terrible attitude. I paid for my food, she checked the to-go order rack and it appeared my order wasn’t ready.I waited an additional 15 minutes, I eventually said I want my money back. Both young ladies were annoyed and 1 of them looked back at the rack and chuckled and said “ aww her food sitting here” I said I don’t want it. I want my money back.It was my first time at this wing stop and my last time!
