First time here,my steak was the best I have eaten, and the scallops were perfect. Service was polite and with a smile. Key lime pie was delicious. I will return for another great lunch.

After waiting in line from 5:30 to 6: 30 outside in cool air, only to finally get inside and it's cold in there too and still waited inline another 30 minutes before ordering. Only 1 person taking orders for everyone is totally not acceptable. Get the kitchen prepared for 2 cashiers ! . The food was okay at best ! Partner stated his was good but not great. Baked potato obviously held in a holding oven due to coolness and discoloration of potato, fried product hard and overcooked, serve yourself and forget getting any other service although they are quick to flip your total around for a tip. Little did I know that you basically wait on yourself. Partner finally flagged down someone who basically said that's just how we do it here for the product he asked for. It was not an enjoyable dinner for $67. 00 tab with No alcoholic beverages. I'm not impressed at all.

We recently visited this location on 3/2/24, first time we have been here, after moving and living in the area for 2 yrs. We did have to wait for about 40 mins in a long line until we were able to order. We fixed our drinks and waited approximately another 20-25 mins before we got our food delivered to our table. One of us ordered the flounder and shrimp with cheese grits, onion rings, and hush puppies, and then also had an order of fried shrinp, fries, cheese grits and hush puppies. The food overall was just ok, but not very fresh. The grits were cold, fries tasted as if they had been under the warmer for at least 30 mins, hush puppies the same, and the shrimp and flounder was also not fresh as in freshly cooked. We paid over $47.00 for our meal, for it not to be that fresh. In today’s times, very expensive for something that tasted as if I got it from captain d’s. Mikes seafood also had a FB page and they had posted something recently that I commented on about this overall experience. They never responded to me to see if they could make things right. Instead, they actually hide my comment so no one else could see it. Would I go back here again, most likely not. I’ll drive and hour to go back to the city if I have too, to get fresh seafood before I go back here. This review could have been avoided if they had reached out to me. Would highly NOT recommend for the price and the sorry tasting, fresh food.

Great place, every now and then i need my blackened yellow tuna fix. ?
The food was pretty good. Unfortunately, you have to wait in line to order. The time waiting would be better spent drinking cocktails at the table with a server taking orders.My scallops were delicious but my son’s swordfish tasted out of date, and was not eaten. The calamari was good.We had a good time and will go back again.

Not much if any atmosphere that would draw you back. The food was very good, but had to stand in line for 1 hour even thou their were several empty tables, I imagine like other businesses it's difficult to find people that want to work.
