I work at Starbucks myself, and I came in one day after working next-door and requested a caramel Frappuccino. The Frappuccino that I had received was white as a Starbucks employee caramel Frappuccino are not white. I kindly asked the lady to remake my drink, and she simply rolled her eyes and told me that it was a caramel Frappuccino.. I had to get a manager from the store itself to get her to correct herself. I’ve never Dealt with such a rude and disgusting worker, as that is not Starbucks motto. You’re better off going to an actual Starbucks not one that’s ran by a store employee.

Went in on a Sunday morning around 10am to grab groceries and get a coffee before I started. There was only 2 employees working but 10 people waiting for orders and another 20 in line. Employees were doing their best and were working very hard to get everyone's drink out but definitely needed some more staff. Place is poorly managed and needs an actually order machine so the employees don't have to just write on the cups.

Absolutely awful service! Waited at the counter while two employees worked but didn’t even recognize I was at the counter or take my order. Stood there for over 15 mins and finally left! Do better Starbucks!

Having read the 1-2 star reviews (there are only a total of 8 reviews) and having visited this location several times, all I can say is consider the source... This particular Starbucks is located inside the Ingles store. First off - that's a luxury, and I'm grateful for it. They've made our coffees perfectly every time, and the prices are well below what we have paid at home. E.g. $4.50 for a double tall latte versus $5.50 to $6. As for the dog issue - Ingles doesn't allow them - unless they are actual Service Dogs. And the Starbucks is located inside,,,Ingles...which is a FOOD store... As for the wifi; I haven't tried to access it, so I can't comment on that;however, while there are some tables there, again, it's in the front of a busy grocery store - which isn't conducive to sitting for hours unmolested by noise and distractions. As far as the staff, I've found them to be unwaveringly polite and quick. I've never waited more than 3 minutes for my drink - served with a smile.


Ordered adoubpe espresso but it was brewed in a non espresso machine.

mocha frap is never consistent. sometimes the chocolate drizzle is drizzed into the cup and sometimes there isnt. everywhere else i go the chocolate drizzle isnt in my mocha frap.

The lady this morning, July 22 2023, was VERY rude and dismissive. We walked in and she made eye contact and turned around and did not greet us or say she would be right with us. Then continued to tell us we could not get breakfast by shaking her head in a rude and disorderly manner. She did not explain why she just said no they are frozen. Which is confusing because isn’t all starbucks food frozen. Very rude and should consider drinking her morning coffee considering she works at starbucks. I think her name was Brianna but I am not sure. She was working when I came in at 8:30am at the starbucks in ingles.

I asked if the lady could make a cookies n cream Frappuccino. She said no we don’t do that and rolled her eyes. Every time I come here the short brown haired girl. I think her name is baley is the absolute rudest!! If she’s working I’ll steer clear of Starbucks!!!

Don't bother going to this Starbucks, the management is not pet friendly, the coffee is bad, the tall is half size of the usual. The manager is rude; telling me that I had to sit outside. Where I have a grand view of the highway and can freeze. Unacceptabke behavior.While all the customers were coming over to pat the dog and thanked me for the experience . I never had a complaint from a single customer. It's because someone is going around to all the stores causing problems.

Terrible service. She made a mistake, making my coffee, I would not take it back and make a new one, saying that his company policy. I’ve never had that happen at Starbucks. I gave her the coffee back, and I said no thank you keep it.

Two people were working. Waited 10 minutes. Noticed as I waited they didn’t speak to anyone except to give total due and call out the drink by name. No hello or thank you. Decided as much as I love Starbucks, going to have to skip it today.
