Actually I thought the service here was excellent. The people were nice and said Have a nice day and good morning. However the food wasnt very good at all. All three of us got sick later.
The poor kid working there was alone. We waited a long time for really bad food. Too oily/greasy. The burgers were paper thin. The worst food we had on our 3 day drive to Florida. I want to add the employee working there was friendly and apologetic for the wait. A sweet kid. The taste of the food is not his fault. Shame on the business manager/owner.

The young lady at the drive thru was AWESOME. Didn't get her name but she was so friendly and I ordered 48 cheese burger plain and then she brought them out to me. I told he I was from North Carolina and my family LOVES Krytals.Thanks for everything. Management please commend her GREAT customer service is rare these days.Dwight J MattoxKernersville,NC
