Listen, I’ve known Olivia for a long time. I enjoyed coming to her house when she was in KY eating her food! I had to come to Georgia for work. I told her I was going to stop by! Omg! The food is GREAT! Real southern cooking at its best. I ordered almost everything on the menu!!! Top notch food and service. I drove 6hrs home and could not wait to eat!!

Unfortunately I should have listened to the reviews but I genuinely wanted to try to give this place a chance. Owner begging for reviews but not keeping up with the quality of the food is shocking. The Mac and cheese was extremely salty I was so upset.(I saw that review already and wow it was true), yams are extremely too sweet, and the cornbread wasn’t moist it was dry. The only thing decent on my plate was the collards. I wouldn’t recommend this spot because they need to fix some things. Customer service isn’t great and the restaurant isn’t pleasant to sit and dine in.

Loved my experience at this establishment! I was driving by with my daughter and decided to try it out. The customer service was top notch, we ate inside and listened to good music. The food was amazing and seasoned just right. I will definitely be returning to try some of the other menu items!

We were really disappointed. Food crammed into small tray which created spills and sloppy presentation. My wings...rather drummetes...pictures show whole wings... were funky at the bone. This is usually an indicator of old meat. Plus, they were fried in old oil. Cornbread was old...crumbly & dry. Cabbage had sugar in it dang it and the collards just were not seasoned and not plump. My husband and I were served OLD FOOD. We threw away the plates so we wouldnt get sick. Not returning and shame on this restaurant. Very very very few soul food restaurants on this side of Gwinnett and this is how you guys represent? No birthday breaks for me. I ended up having to cook dinner after all.

My food was well seasoned and overly proportioned. I has turkey wings over yellow rice, green beans and Mac & cheese. My sister had meatloaf, collards and mash potatoes. We both had cornbread muffins. Everything has a distinctive flavor and didn't disappoint. The price points are fair. 2 sides w/ meat $17.00 plus tax. I'm so good. It was more than enough. Small place so we ordered to go. I pray their success provides a larger space to accommodate more dine ins. Thanks chef! You did awesome!

Im so angry. I ordered before. These aren't whole wings, this isn't a smothered turkey wing. I'm disgusted. Horrible quality. Small cup of rice. Burnt cornbread. Never ever again

B3st cabbage and sweet potatoes I have ever had. Portions are more than fair. Sunday at 5 is not the best time to go. They were pretty much out of everything and I waited 40 minutes for a veggie plate. Based on the amazing food I will go back and try again.

There no doubt in my mind this place gave me food poisoning. I got some food here for my birthday and I was sooo sick shortly after and for five days straight. I still haven’t recovered… I’ll spare you the details. The food looked like it was sitting and chicken tasted old. I should have followed my instincts.

I ordered chicken and waffles on DoorDash and they sent me 8 little pieces of breaded buffalo chicken wings, when the picture showed actual fried chicken. How can you call breaded buffalo wings soul food? I also ordered fried peach cobbler, but what they chose to give me was some kind of egg roll with bananas in it! When people pay money for food, they should get what they ordered and not what someone chose to give them! If they didn’t have exactly what I ordered, then they should’ve reached out to inform me because I’m the one paying for it. I’ve included pictures to show what I wanted and what I actually received. I also understand that the food is never gonna look like the actual picture, but I wanted southern fried chicken!!!! You shouldn’t be glad because the food was not good. Those are wingettes, and although they didn’t have buffalo sauce on them, they are what is used to make buffalo wings. I did not order wings and waffles and you also had no response to messing up my peach cobbler and sending me some weird collapsed banana egg roll!
