Rude!! I placed my order and the girl had zero personality and seemed irritated that I was ordering. I pull around the corner and there is one car that's pulled up past the window like he was told to move up to wait on his order. I went straight to the window after ordering. In other words, there were no cars behind me and only one car ahead of me. She handed me a small shake and large sprite. The exact opposite of what I ordered. I asked her if that was a large and she started to argue with me and then just asked for the shake back. I could hear her complaining to her coworkers about it. She corrected her error and gave it back to me. Then told me to go park my car. Mind you, NOBODY WAS BEHIND ME. A guy brought my food out literally a min to MAYBE two minutes later. Ridiculous. Especially because I went straight to Firehouse which is less than a half mile from Wendy's and the experience was the complete and total opposite. Super friendly and personable. Side note, i don't know how this Wendy's has gotten away with having such a dark parking lot. It's always pitch black out there. Such a safety issue.

I mean it's food. But it certainly wasn't worth the wait. Got the Krabby patty meal but the patty was unsalted, the sauce was watery and the tomato was sour, typical of unripened produce. Fries were lukewarm and dry. And all that could've been forgiven, but it's amazing how a fully staffed restaurant with so few customers could be so slow. There's also a general lack of food safety as people were handling food without gloves.

This was awful I mean awful I’m a manger at a fast food and I mean this is absolutely not ok and terrible for business I pull up at 11:30 and guys at the window have lights off talking about ohh we threw all the food away like what sounds like they didn’t want to do there job will not be coming back because it was very disappointing and something def needs to be done!

The drive-thru attendant cut me off while I was making my order. When I pulled to the drive-thru window she appeared to be very annoyed with the previous customer and said a racist slur while the woman was leaving the drive-thru window to her that accompanied her on the shift. I'm pretty sure the customer didn't hear her but I did and it was an issue for me.

This location at Buford Ga. Service is getting worse every time I go!!! Really management you can do better with your employees.... they are very rude and because they are just thinking how much they hate their job they don't even listen on what we are ordering!! and when you tell them something is wrong I almost feel that they want to ponch my face slapping the window!! that's so terrible attitude! hopefully this unacceptable attitudes changes soon!! ** Sincerely unhappy costumer **

Okay these 1 star reviews are absolutely wrong. This Wendy’s is arguably the BEST Wendy’s I’ve ever gone to in my LIFE. I order a biggie bag and 4 piece nuggets and had the best nuggets of my LIFE. Must try!
