I went through the drive thru because I was traveling. I always ask for no mustard because you can't just wipe it off! Low and behold there was mustard on the Krystals I ordered. So I had to park and go inside (which I hate doing in the rain and I had my 2 furbabies in the car. I can't get Krystals in NC where I live so when in Georgia I stop. The staff did make it right. My Krystals where fresh and so good. I know people have bad days and I'm very happy the staff made me news without making me feel bad.

Who doesn't love a Krystal burger BUT this one is EXTRA NASTY. The lobby was full of nasty tables & floors full of trash. We watched the staff as we ate at the only halfway clean table there was thinken they may come out & clean since they weren't doing anything at all! (No other patrons) Nope!! Never once.

My lord all I can say Folks of Calhoun, avoid this place like a plague. Ordered 12 Krystal cheese in drive thru. Got home and first four were great, well the bottom 8 were ice cold, hard as a brick and cheese was even dark orange from sitting so long. What a waste of money absolutely ridiculous. So I paid 20$+ for four Krystals. . If this was a one time thing I wouldn't be so upset. My bad for going there in the first place. Never again will this local Krystal's ever get another dollar from me. You've lost my business indefinitely not that you even care.
