Tuesday, Aug. 12th at Longhorns E. Main Street in Cartersville, GA was great. All of our boxes were checked: bright atmosphere different from other very dark Longhorn Restaurants, cushioned comfortable chairs for our older family, and the service was AMAZING. Matt, our server, was so kind and patient while we asked many questions and he helped make our lunch into a birthday party! We each truly enjoyed our food and friendship even with the other parties at neighboring tables.

This was an amazing experience. I am SO glad I went to the Cartersville Location. Matt was, hands down, the best server I've ever had. He genuinely cares about his customers and wanted to make sure we had everything we needed. The food came out fast and temps were in the "Goldilocks Zone." In other words, perfect! The salads were fresh and the soups were AMAZING!! I did have a margarita and it was deee-lish!! I have to give a KUDOS to our server Matt. He was the GOAT. Longhorns is lucky to have such a dedicated employee. I just can't say enough good things about Matt. He recommended the potato soup and he was right! Keep up the good work Matt!!

Consistent in quality and always have had great experience, our steaks have always been cooked to our preferences.
My wife and I recently dined here and were disappointed with the service. We were seated immediately but waited 10 minutes to place our drink order, and the server's attention was sporadic throughout our meal. When our drinks finally arrived, my wife had to request a straw from the host, only to discover her soda was out of syrup. After receiving a replacement, she needed to ask for another straw. The food was mediocre; my salmon was alright but had multiple bones, which I wasn't warned about. The server only checked on us to deliver the food and the bill, asking briefly if everything was satisfactory. Unfortunately, the visit ended poorly when the server accidentally dropped a knife on my hand while clearing the table, cutting my knuckle. Given the other dining options in the area, I don’t plan on returning anytime soon.

Ordered a filet medium, it was rare on the inside. Ate two bites and sent it back. They put the same steak on the grill and cooked it until it was burnt and well-done. Disrespectful. Never sent a steak back in my life and it was embarrassing to see the cut bits sent back cremated.

Today, my coworker and I ordered lunch. When we went to pay for our food, the manager applied a tip to our bill without our permission, even before we had a chance to sign the receipt. The manager was very rude and did not attempt to resolve the issue. Instead, he patronized me and claimed that my bank was responsible for charging the amount to my card. I do not recommend this restaurant; however, if you decide to go, be sure to double-check your statement as well as your receipt before leaving. dissatisfied customer!

Our waitress was very attentive. The food was very good. I ordered a 12 oz ribeye and got a 12-oz but the crust on the steak was amazing and so all is forgiven. A good dining experience nevertheless.
