The terrible experience for myself and so many others, specifically dining-in, is not fixed with a simple coupon. The higher level management is showing they only care about lining their own pockets. They care more about door dash and other revenue streams rather than the customers who come to their restaurant.The ones affected the most? YOUR OWN EMPLOYESS!!! They are walking on eggshells around the establishment because YOU placed them in a position to explain why they can't get their food in a timely manner. "Im sorry for the holdup. Would you like your 12th cup of water." The employees do an excellent job dealing with the problem YOU created, but at the end of the day, frustrated customers don't tip well. And we all know these waiters/waitresses make bread crumbs for salary. They live off the tip. How about you provide LEADERSHIP to your employees by not being so blinded by greed.START being APPRECIATIVE and SELFLESSSTOP being GREEDY and SELFISHPeople come to this place and spend time and money (both very valuable in todays world) with their loved ones to have a good experience. They choose it over iHop, Waffle House, and wherever else. This is my second experience, and this one is just like the last.Simple Fix: Prioritize your in-house customers. You keep your customers happy, and your employees will flourish. Learn how to run a business without losing the faith of your supporters

This restaurant is very horrible!!! I was always told that Denny's had a certain rep for being a certain way. That's hear say, so I went to breakfast with some friends of ours. Because of being different races, we were together but at separate tables. Our food was so disgusting, and late none of us had what we ordered, and it was thrown together. They had to redo my mom's eggs three times. Each time worst than the next. Our food looked like garbage!!! Our friends at the next table from us, of a different races then us. Their food looked like it came out of a magazine, it was cooked to perfection, it was done completely right, and given all at once. I would never have believed it, until I experienced it first hand for myself. This restaurant is truly despicable! Horrible place to eat, horrible service, food, however the atmosphere was great. Wow!!! The worst part is, we sometimes can be our own worst enemies!!! Why not just give everyone a great experience?! That would be too much like right. Money is green. Good service=good tip. Our server, he acted like he was a crackhead. I wouldn't recommend this disgraceful restaurant to anyone, not even my worst enemy . Thanks for listening.

Had the worst experience. We waited over an hour for our food. Never told what the issue was except we kept seeing people coming in for door dash/pickup orders, and no one was being served their food in dining. Some of our food was cold when they should be hot. Our waiter kept saying our food was next in line, but each time pickups were overtaking our turn. People came in to dine, but some also left. Wish they would've told us it would be a wait but was never informed of wait time and reason. Even staff were getting upset with each other. The female staff who was behind the counter kept saying that she would walk out, and they could find someone else to do the work or words to that effect. She was not very friendly. Our server was fine, but he just didn't make sure our food came out in a timely manner. He did try to compensate us by bringing us appetizer samplers. But, if that could be brought out quickly, why couldn't the same go for our food orders. Don't know if there is a lack of staff in the front or back of the restaurant, but they shouldn't open for both if they can't handle the flow coming in. Don't know if we would go there again until changes happen and customer service is better.

Probably the worst Denny’s i have ever been in. Visited two days as local to where we are staying and usually Denny’s are excellent. Both days not busy, service shockingly slow the both days delivered the meals with some food missing. Didn’t come around to refill coffee so chased and then they forgot. If this was my first two visits to Denny’s i would never return again. In the end we amused ourselves in betting on the next issue and how long the food would take to arrive. 32 mins on the first day from order to delivery and only 9 people in the restaurant.

The cook (old guy with glasses) had an extremely nasty attitude and complained ALL NIGHT because he had to do his job and cook (which is the position he applied for at this job) the food I ordered, my waitress messed up my order twice and turned around and lied on me to the staff, the staff was talking loud in a very negative way about people in the restaurant, and tried to make me pay for all the food (the correct and incorrect orders) luckily another staff member helped me on that! The experience was embarrassing and full of drama and i promise I will let the world know what happened and promise you all will never ever see me in that ratchet building again!!!!This happened between 12:30am-1:30amOn 02/06/2024 Macon Road Columbus, GA

Walked in to this place Friday night about 7pm no one was there but a server, cook, one customer. We said wow!! crazy for Friday no ones here. The guy at the counter said wait a moment. The costumer that was there returned her nachos and said the meat was cold on them. And the cook was rude about it. We up and walked out. And realized all bad service. We were passing thru that was total joke. Iam surprise they stay in business. Not from Georgia..
