Went to the 13th street location and the drive through line was wrapped all the way around the restaurant not to mention the people ALWAYS waiting for food in the parking lot. So I left.I don’t know why every time I go to a Krystal the wait is 3x-7x longer than that of Chick-fil-A or McDonald’s. If I saw a line wrapped around Chick-fil-A I wouldn’t worry as I would know I would be in and out within 5 minutes. Krystal? That line would be an hour.

I received old hamburgers that had sit so long under the heat lamp that the edges of the meat was black.
Why is every Krystal location terrible about getting you your food in a reasonable amount of time? This never happens anywhere else like McDonald’s or Burger King or Taco Bell or anywhere. But no matter what Krystal location I go to I’m left sitting in the parking lot for at least 10 minutes and more often 15 minutes or more. It doesn’t even take that long to cook it made to order.If McDonald’s and all the other chains can get food out in a reasonable time then there’s no excuse for Krystal. I don’t get it.

Went to this location at 9:20AM and was told it would be a 9 MINUTE WAIT for 4 cheese Krystals.Krystal has really plummeted in customer satisfaction. I remember back in the day I never I mean NEVER had to wait anywhere close to 9 minutes for some Krystals EVEN in the middle of the night!

Mostly all the ones in Columbus are pretty bad right now Fries Are Never Hot even if they are hot you can tell that they've been dumped back in the grease even if they tell you to wait on them if you have to pull over outside.
