The door was locked at 12:41 pm. The lady wouldn't come to the door, just motioned to the drive through. I was in a medium duty truck so I wouldn't fit in the drive through and she just shrugged her shoulders. Absolutely terrible customer service.

First time in my life I was told by the woman working the Krystal drive through that they were only serving breakfast. After waiting 12 minutes in the drive through behind only one car.They’re lazy and miserable. I understand working at Krysta is a miserable life but you still need to do what the job requires until you find something better.This Krystal location used to be great. Good memories. But now they’re awful 100% of the time. I started going in to see why the waits are always so incredibly long and it wasn’t because of being understaffed. They are just lazy the lot of them.
A ceiling time had fallen because of a leak in the roof. That happens. No big deal. They said the dining room was closed because of this. I get that. Having 5 kids running around the dining room and climbing on tables while saying the dining room wasn't safe and neither were the restrooms because one tile fell I don't get.

I eat breakfast at Krystal pretty often. Their sunrisers are the best, especially with the new approach to making them with real eggs and poultry. The food us good the majority of the time, and sometime the Customer service is too, but in the past week I've went on 2 seperate occasions to be told they didn't have the ingredients to make more than 1 sunriser or 1 bacon breakfast bowl. I know places run out of things, and it's just part of the servuce industry, but the ingredients needed to cook what I ordered could be bought at any grocery store. The biggest issue I had was that after I placed my order (5 sunrisers and 1 breakfast bowl) it wasn't until I pulled to the window that I was told they only had 2 sunrisers. So I changed my order to add another breakfast bowl. The attendant ran my card (thankfully it was still turned off ) then informed me they couldn't make another bowl either. We ended up not getting anything, but in the future if you run out of stuff to make your food with, let it be known up front please!
