My parents went to dine in and they were seated for 10-15 minutes and NO ONE gave them any type of service while all the other guest were served to and tended to. Also my parents are Mexican so this is a shame that a Hispanic couple was not given the same service as the other customers. They left to WF on exit 7 and they were greater and service was great. We usually go here because we liked their service better but I see we were wrong. Never again!

This was the cleanest Waffle House I've ever been in. The staff, a great group of people that morning. They laughed and you can hear they like working together. Which makes the day go by fast and the work done. I love seeing that. Good ole team work! The food was really good, coffee was excellent. It's the Waffle House! This is my 4th time visiting one in my entire life and I must say this was my best experience at this location. It was really clean! This location is Macon Rd, Columbus, Georgia across from the Comfort Inn. They were quick with serving us. Our Waitress, I don't remember her name. African American woman maybe early 60's with glasses. She was really, really nice and catering to us, she made me her special water. She made our day.Parking: It's enough parking, parking lot is cleanKid-friendliness: Yes, they cater to children very well

On Christmas these guys were working and they had the most cheerful, warm atmosphere, and made sure they got the details of and irritatingly long and specific order for carryout.... perfect. Thanx guys. Best waffle team in the city.Parking: If you have a truck then you can go out the back side of the parking lot uphill behind the ice cream place and come out at the light but you got to jump a curb so I wouldn't advise doing it in your Prius
First time at a Waffle House. It was great, only wish I would have got my grits with onions peppers and tomato's, "scattered" or what ever it is called. Everything was good but the waffle with pecans was great!!!Wanda was the best waitress we have had in a while at any restaurant!

Natalia was absolutely a pleasure, and so friendly and sweet! Would love to have her and Wanda as my servers all the time!!!! The cook today 12/9/2023 cooked the food absolutely amazing. You three rock!
