I’ve never been scared for my life in a Krystal before, but I guess there’s a first time for everything. Stopped by to dine in around 4:00 on 3/18. Food was fine, Krystal burgers were great, chili was disgusting and appeared to have been out for days. But what surprised us the most was the fighting employees. They were arguing and threatening each other in the kitchen and from across the restaurant. We got out of there pretty quickly when one employee left and came back in without his Krystal uniform shirt and had his sleeves rolled up. We love Krystal and don’t get to have it often as it’s not in our state anymore, but probably won’t be back as we felt unsafe.

Was passing through order 24 Crystal with no mustard thay put extra mustard and I live 30 mi away you'll have to drive back 30 then they send you an email with a code for a five dollar so you would have to drive back 30 miles for $5 off on a $30 order you could not eat if I want to do that I would soon to go to Whataburger their burgers are better anyway they can stick that $5 code up there a** what a slap in the face

Very nice staff, everytime you walk in this place it's very professional there very kind to the customers, they are very welcoming and the smell is just so amazing when you walk in it just hits you the smell of crystals with onions and cheese smells yummy! Always great experiences here!
Very rude employees. It took forever to get my food while people in the back were standing around joking and talking. Unable to get anyone to inform me on my food That was set to the side and no one told me it was ready. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Unless You have nowhere else to be. My opinion is these people don't need to be doing hospitality service. It's not like the old days where customers got treated respectfully.
