This is a good plac to stop and grab a cup of Joe (coffee) and get a specialty coffee ☕ like the Iced matcha latte with oat milk and whipped cream with a camel drizzle its so so good and at this location ? they make it just like you order it?

The staff at this location are kind, attentive and provide great customer service.

Vegetarian options: They don't have many vegan/vegetarian options

Parking: The parking lot can get tight at times but they make up for it once your Inside

I had the worst experience at any Starbucks I’ve ever visited this morning. First, after sitting for over 10 minutes waiting on my order, I noticed everyone who had come in after me was gone and there was no one left waiting but me. I went to ask the barista and she was dismissive and said she had mobile orders. I replied not everyone ordered mobile because there were people who ordered drinks in line at the counter after me and now gone.

She then said it’s been busy and she would work on mine. I had a reusable cup and she asked me where is it. Hmm, I gave that when placed the order now 15 minutes ago! She found it and seemed to have a whatever attitude.

Finally got the drink and my sandwich. But when I opened the sausage sandwich in the car, it looked like it had been microwaved for who knows how long! Soggy looking bread and slightly burnt cheese. I was beyond frustrated and took it back inside. The lady at the counter was like we will get you a nee sandwich which was said in a very dismissive tone. Then the original barista started talking smack to her coworkers about me returning (in their defense, they just looked at me and didn’t respond). I was livid. I asked the young man for her name because this was unacceptable. He laughed and said I have to protect my team. I was like what about your customers? This is terrible service and her attitude is horrid. He said she had a long morning and laughed. Then he said I’ll talk to her and laughed again. That told me NOTHING would be done about this young lady’s service and nasty attitude. I will be filing a formal complaint with corporate.

The absolute worst Starbucks. If I could give zero stars I would. They are the only ones that lock their doors, but continue to allow mobile orders for inside pick up. They do this routinely with 4-5 workers present.
I understand sometimes when short staffed it might be necessary to do this, but then disable mobile orders. Shame on y’all!

Arrived at 7:30pm on a Saturday, to meet a friend for a cup of whatever and conversation. When I arrived they had all the chairs up, mopping and closing down. The hours state that they close at 9pm, yet I was told I couldn't come in because they were prepping to close. How the hell are you prepping to close and don't allow customers 1.5 hrs prior to closing? Then when I asked...they were all looking at me like I had five heads...terrible customer service. Oh..and the manager or whomever she was told me that I could make a purchase via the drive through window. Smh

Placed a mobile order to be ready for in store pick-up at 6:15 pm. Parked directly in front of the entrance and as I was getting my toddler out of the car to retrieve our order, a worker came and locked the door. She walked away and did not look up as I stood at the door wondering how was I able to place an order if they’re not opened or closing for business. Pulled around to the drive-thru and asked what was the deal. Was informed that at 6:15 pm they were closing to clean a store scheduled to close at 9 pm. Informed the worker I had a mobile order to pick up. She replied she had to go find it.

I put order in online for protein n egg box showed online they had the item. Went inside the store they was sold out. Told me Sorry they forgot put that it was sold out. Just waste of my time because I needed that on my way to work.

This store is closed most of the time. I came by on a beautiful Saturday morning. The inside is closed and only the drive thru open. This happens a lot. I left without buying anything.

Of course, this is my favorite Starbucks… My go to…Almost everyone greets you when you walk through the door, and some even know me because I’m a regular. Iyanna is the best!!! I know that when she’s there, my order is perfect. Only issue I have had in the past is when doing a mobile order or pick up in the store, it is closed for whatever reason and you have to sit in the long drive-through… But that has nothing to do with the service which is usually exceptional.

Parking: Depends on the time of day… It can be busy and hard to find parking

Kid-friendliness: They have good kid, friendly options
