Amazing quality, super nice people , so happy to have them right next to my job 😃.
I’m so disappointed with the service and I feel terrible giving it this rating. I drive 25 minutes to this place get my bagel and order cream cheese. My first time there so I have no clue how they give me the cream cheese and I didn’t know I had to grab it myself and they didn’t tell me that. I get my bagel drive back 25 minutes just to to realize I don’t have my cream cheese. I drive back, and they a lady lectures me on how they usually don’t put the cheese themselves and I had to grab it. Terrible.

The first thing you notice about The Bagel Hole is their inviting outdoor seating, perfect for a relaxed bite. I ordered the French toast bagel with cinnamon butter; it was so fresh and delicious, it reminded me of my NYC days. Inside is just as cozy, and I was greeted right away. With so many house-made bagels and cream cheeses to choose from, this place is a must-visit!

I had to make a stop at The Bagel Hole, and it completely exceeded my expectations. Kathy and Gary, the owners, were there greeting customers with such warm hospitality it honestly felt like an episode of Cheers, where everyone knows your name. Even though the shop was crowded, the atmosphere was welcoming and friendly.
I tried the fritter and a sesame seed bagel with plain cream cheese both were so good I could have easily gone back for seconds. With the quality of food and the genuine neighborhood feel, I wouldn’t be surprised to see many more of these stores popping up around the Atlanta metro soon.

Amazing sandwiches/bagels. Nothing like it around here, I’m from Jersey and this tastes like home. Thank you for the delicious food and amazing customer service. Everyone that was working there was so friendly. Keep opening bagel shops! You will make a killing and put all these other mediocre bagel shops out of business lol. Taylor ham egg and cheese for the WIN.

I had an outstanding experience! Gary, the owner, truly treats his customers like family. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcome and at ease. The service was professional and clear.
The bagels were phenomenal - soft and delicious! I ordered the bacon, egg, and cheese, and it was absolute perfection. The flavors transported me back to up north, and I was impressed by the authentic taste.
Gary's bagels are some of the best I've had in a long time. He's doing an amazing job representing the classic up north taste. I highly recommend this place!
