They need staff that are better trained in customer service , I went to place my order , the young lady never greeted me or acknowledged that I was standing in front of her , I actually thought this was a robot instead of a real person , until she finally spoke , I was so mad , I just turned around and left the

The food was correct and on the counter almost as soon as I paid for it. The building is clean, swept, and looks to be an overall good condition. The one bad thing I can say about this location is the guys in the back are cussing and somewhat loud. Does not create a family friendly environment. I get they are trying to make the best of their situation. Team mentality and all that. But jeez. Anyway 10/10 would come back. Food was fresh and correct, building clean, and the frosties were cold. LET'S GO!

Place order in drive through for fries with no saltgot bag with cold salted fries in. It went inside store to remedy problem at which pointgentlemen working the friar took fries old fries out of the bin. Put them in a basket and attempted to recook them to pass them off as no salt fries. They could not understand I wanted fries cooked with no salt added to them ever. I have come to this Wendy's 3 times and not once has the drive through successfully gotten an order correct. I've always had to go back into the restaurant. And when you pay over ten dollars for a fast food meal , you expect decent quality food.
