Came here on the regular for the past couple of years cause my kids absolutely love it here. Unfortunately are last trip was our last, and one of the worst experiences we've ever had any dine in place. We came in on a slow Tues/Weds afternoon, there was almost no one in at all. We were greeted, sat, and had our food ordered within 10 mins of arrival. For some reason our food got forgotten? Because it took about 55 mins on the dot to get our food out, after asking our waitress where it was 2-3x. We didn't have anything complex, just 2 kids meals and 2 of the lunch value meals. We watched others that came after us eat and leave before we got our food. Once we finally had our food our waitress dipped out on us almost completely, we managed to get boxes to go and that was about it. Refills were ignored, service was absolutely abysmal. Would have asked for a manager, but they were all busy with a check that was going on (corporate or city, im not sure). Anyway, awful trip, food was bad, our kids had reached the point of not being hungry, and everything was kinda ruined by the time we were served. I get that its chilis and I don't have high expectations - but when we write in to let management know how bad service was and all we get is a 1/2 hearted "sorry", a generic message, and a $5 off coupon I'll just go spend my money elsewhere lol. If they don't care that their service is awful and they don't care to try and keep long term customers, then bye.

The hostesses at the door were very rude and did not seat in arrival order. We were told 20 to 30 minutes then went back In and was told 15 more minutes. Told wait was an hour. Also parties that clearly arrived after us was seated first. I had to speak my mind to be seated. May want to retain your hostesses.

The food was excelllent. The service we received however was not great. We were seated in the restaurant for at least 45 min before our order was taken.
Pedro did such a fantastic job! Customer service 5 Stars! Yes, It was a very busy Saturday but he made sure to come up to us and let us know that it will be a while. Always made sure if we needing anything. I wasn’t able to do the survey but I for sure wanted to write this review for him!

FOOD was fine but the SERVER AUSTIN threw away my food when i wasn’t paying attention and getting it put into to go boxes. they only had 1 small size togo boxes & while i was waiting on another box for the other half of my plate HE GRABBED IT AND THREW IT AWAY. its annoying as hell and didnt even take it off the bill or anything. MY WHOLE PLATE. and my cousins plate had a hair in it. annoying!!!!!
