My experience in the past was good but the visit today brought some disappointment. We ordered a simple large black coffee.. simple right? Wrong, we got our coffee and didn’t taste it until further down the road to let it cool off a bit and the coffee had an unbearable scorched and burnt taste almost like drinking ashtray water.

The doughnuts are OLD and hard. Everytime I ordered here there hard and then the fillings are skimpy. This local owned store needs to be reported to corporate. I have suspicions there selling 2 day doughnuts! Would not go here if u want true dunkin

i think overall the staff is nice to you but orders are frequently wrong. their products are so gross and stale . what is the deal ? Dunkin donuts overall has gone way done in quality

Excellent Experience considering it was after 9 and all the other coffee shops were already closed but Dunkin is by far the best coffee place that I like the best and the pumpkin spice donuts are to die for. Thank you for being open past 9. We greatly appreciate that considering my boyfriend needed the coffee to make it back home to Kentucky. Thanks Again!
Making deliveries for Door Dash and the employee who filled the order assured me that everything was in the already sealed up package when I confirmed order. Made delivery customer contacted me that part of her order was missing. So I had to take time and money and gas to correct the mistake they made.DO BETTER!!!!

Monday, October 9th ...7:00pm ..I came and got 2 sausage egg and cheese sandwiches and they were completely cold ....and terrible customer service ....this dunkin does not need to be ran by a teenager without supervision terrible quality food and a over all terrible experience at my favorite coffee
