I specifically ordered a mushroom and spinach quesadilla from the menu, the server even double checked with me if I wanted that menu item, then they bring me a mushroom quesadilla and a spinach quesadilla, seriously? Are they high? Why would anyone order that instead of the actual menu item?

The food was soooooooo good it was yummy for my tummy and the service was good they were busy but my waitress was on top of it all please try to go by and check them out trust me you will find out it’s the best Mexican restaurant in dalton and you will be telling your friends about it, loved loved loved it!

We decided to try Fiesta after a recommendation of a waiter in another restaurant. We had tried 6 other Mexican with most below average results.We were seated promptly and chip and salsa were brought to us. Our waiter took our orders after explaining items on the menu where we had questions.Our drinks came quickly however things slowed after that.Our waiter was being asked to handle more customers than should been expected to include a party of 16. He had to be his own bartender a good portion of the even. He did his best ho address all his customers.Our good arrived in an acceptable time frame and was the best Mexican food we’ve had in Dalton.The check took a long time to receive as our waiter was swamp. We had to ask the manager for this.Although the service wasn’t great, it wasn’t our servers fault. Management did not staff properly for the evening.All said, the food is good and we’ll be back.
