This food was not good. The Philly cheese steak was an unknown, gray colored meat. It was dry and extremely rubbery. Thick clear cheese melted on top? What Kind of cheese? Bell peppers not cut or mixed into sandwich. These sandwiches should be tasty, savory and soft with onions, mushrooms and peppers mixed into the mest with mozzarella chhese on it. The killer cheese sticks we ordered on the side were gross. My son would not eat them but he did eat the fries. I was so hungry I did take three bites of the cheese steak and threw the rest in the trash. The mayonnaise was the best part of this lunch.

Honestly the experience was a let down from beginning to end. You start by ordering your food at the front and the people there were extremely automated and it was awkward just ordering. Then you go seat yourself and they have “waitresses” who bring your drinks and later your food. Honestly found them to be useless you could easily grab your own food and they never came back for refills so I don’t see the point in them being there. The food was an even bigger disappointment. We ordered cheese sticks which were just breadsticks with a little cheese on them (over half didn’t even have cheese on them). We also ordered 2 pizzas which were cold and dry like they had been sitting there for awhile. The pasta was another let down they use the same red sauce for everything and it has no flavor at all.

I know how hard it can be in the food industry so I'm not quick to speak bad of a restaurant but the slow service waited on drinks for half of the meal the stromboli was mediocre and about the size of a hamburger but the worst part was as we were finishing out meal getting ready to leave we had a cockroach crawl down the wall and on to the table definitely was a bit come back place

I get a salad here 2 - 3 times a week. I always order online and pick up at the drive thru window. I have never had a bad experience. Everyone is always super nice, food is always on point, they know who I am when I pull up and I always pull away smiling because their energy is that contagious.

I came in on 1/7/24 around 11AM, and I asked the staff at the counter if the gyro meat had gluten in it. Instead of asking or going to check, they just shrugged their shoulders and said "I don't know" and kinda looked at me like I was crazy. I was really surprised they made no effort to ask. I had a salad and unsweet tea, the girl checking the tables was very good. I will definitely visit again whenever I'm in the area. I would have ordered something else if I had been sure about the gyro meat though.

Oh yah, this hits the spot. Got the Gondolier special, and indeed the crust is super crunchy which is awesome with the loaded juicy toppings. Staff were very nice. Kudos!

Excellent pizza, almost every time.It is expensive, so I honestly expect it to be done properly. I recently purchased a large cheese pizza, for $28, and there was a significant portion of the pie missing cheese, even though I paid an extra $3.50 for extra cheese.
