Just had a burrito from Moe's. Horrible. Meat is old and dry beans hard as a rock. Taco bell is better and that is sad.

We ate here last night around 8:30 pm. All 3 employees were very nice. We realized that they close at 9pm but we were just leaving a baseball practice. The staff never once acted like they were annoyed with us or unhappy that we came in last minute. Thank you so much for being so kind. Food was very good, it was hot, and my kids and husband were happy as well. 5 ? ?

Ordered online and ending up waiting 25 mins over estimated pickup time... and we were there 15 mins early. Then the food we got was cold and burritos were skimpy. Not worth at all what we paid and waited for, plus the extra service fee for ordering online. ?

Half portions.I think this location must have high rent overhead and takes it out on the customer because the employees seem to have been instructed to pinch everything. Taco bell burritos are more filling and they don't even fill the bag of chips if you order a bowl (also not filled) of queso. With all of the other options in Dalton, I can't see how this franchise will survive.

Honestly feel bad for the workers I normally see. They tell me how they have little help not only from lack of employees but other shifts don’t help do anything. Rice is crunchy (been here several time each time it’s awful), have to wait 5 min + for meat to be cooked. I’d come in early to get the fresh stuff but morning workers are always rude. I’d put zero stars if it was an option. If it was one time I wouldn’t say anything but it’s almost every time I come in. Not even mad at the people who usually help me upset at management. Also being told they don’t receive the tips they are suppose to get it CRAZY!!!!!!! Places like this need to be shut down!!!!!!

Staff was kind and the place was clean. However. rice was VERY crunchy, some of it barely cooked, if at all. Then both the chicken and steak were tough like they’d been cooking on high all day.I don’t expect a lot out of fast-food burrito place, but this was wild.

First visit to this Moe’s. Definitely not the Moe’s experience I’ve had in the past. We weren’t even greeted with the famous ‘Welcome to Moe’s!’ Waited for about 5 minutes, appeared to only be one person working. Finally had 2 people come to take our order. We both got steak, several pieces were complete gristle, the rice was dry (most of the food looked like it had been sitting for a while). Not a good experience at all, doubtful we will return.

this location could use a bit of help, I'm not sure what the heck is going on but my experiences have definitely been a bit below par, to state it nicely. and I ain't even hard to please. there was nobody around, the drive thru is shut down, I ordered online and still had to go stand there for 10 minutes which made me late for my job site. Meanwhile it wasn't even busy. And by the time I got my food, the rice isn't even cooked.... ?? I know it's tough these days but dang.. 4 people came out from the back, what was y'all even doing??

Went in at around 7:45 girl working food line was rude. Assuming without asking if we were dine in or carry out. Started putting our order in a to go package. I ordered and said we we're eating inside. She ROLLED HER EYES. I asked if they wer closing she replied yes but the guy worker said in 1hour. We implied we would be done before then. I'm sorry restaurant workers are maybEe under paid but BEING RUDE IS NOT GOOD SERVICE. I heard her talking about another ployee, not my business. I was treated like Interrupting her. Bad service may never go there again!

I've ate here several times and it's always been good. This time not so much. The burrito had no flavor no matter how much salt was put on it. Above anything else the chips were so stale, we couldn't chew them.
I’m not the type to leave a bad review but this needs it. I don’t think I’ll ever do drive thru again I seriously ordered 2 full-size burritos, chips and a cup of queso. I got home and I literally have 2 half burritos a little bit of chips and no queso. Like what the heck! The burritos didn’t even have what we told them. Such a rip off I’m sorry but I really doubt I’ll ever stop by there again.

Terrible place terrible food terrible attitude go there for a burrito cheese is congealed and stuck to the side like a gelatinous symbiote the workers are rude and don't appreciate their job I started to make a burrito but walked out due to how nasty the food looked kind of like it hasn't been changed in days. If you want to waste your money and time this is a great place to do it.

They messed up my order completely. Not that hard to listen to someone definitely coming back to get a refund because I will not eat this bowl and I will not be coming back to this restaurant ever again

There was one person ahead of us in line. One employee took care of him and another wandered around not bothering to greet or help us. 1st employee finishes with customer then goes and gets a bag of cheese sauce and dumps it into the old crusty cheese sauce pan in the prep area, right in front of us, still not acknowledging our presence. She then takes off her gloves, gets a new pair and slowly starts putting them on. Other employee comes over and they start chatting while she struggles to get gloves on, all while we are standing there. She fixed her hair with the one now gloved hand and they keep ignoring us. So we walked out. We were there for 10 minutes.

We LOVE Moes!!At this place we waited (first in line) for 15minutes. White queso was yellow. Maybe it cooked all day? We asked them to cut the burrito in half. They took a pizza cutter and hammered it 3 times in the middle it was hacked to pieces. They put 15 chips in a bag for 5 people. I asked 3 times for another bag of chips- and - can you add another scoop? We bought a big bowl of queso and there was salsa. DON’T let this place define what you think of Moes. This is the WORST I have EVER seen & tasted. NEVER again will we stop at this exit.
