Product was good but I bought a large at the east ridge location on june2 and it was twice the size as the large in dalton for the same price

If you like Hawaiian Shaved Ice - you'll love this place. Only downside is they are currently refusing people from using their restroom, which is very inconvenient if you've got kids with you.

Love Snoballs! Good location. Place to sit and eat your snowball either inside or out. Inside is small and loud although there were only three other people in there but still appreciate that you can sit inside and eat without your snowball melting too fast.
This place was great and affordable. A great variety of flavors and add ins for the shaved ice. I really really liked going there and have been there twice. It's a great place to go when your looking for a good place to wave off some of the summer heat

Extremely disappointed. Came in one evening for some icees and the icees were just blocks of ice. They were not crushed at all and all of the syrup was pouring out of the cup because they overflowed it. Won't be coming back. Also the girls are always snarky and rude. Hire something other than teenager girls that don't want to work.

It was amazing, and has been in the past, but the girl taking our order told the girl in the back that it was to go except for the pupcone, and she responded with “no duh” and proceeded to make a Chunky ice snow cone, I still will come back, but there is never a need to be rude to your coworkers
