The quality is hit and miss they should get a higher grade of chicken. I would know I worked in a facility that made yum brand chicken. They where where above kfc but know I think there same grade.mac n cheese is really good but also greasy.

I spent $22 on mild tenders and fries. They gave me the oldest tenders. One of which was a nugget. One was spicy. And the tenders were dry and super crunchy. Fries were old and cold. I'm sure that was it for me!! They need to close Popeyes and reconstructe the whole organization!

This is the worst restaurant in town. Idk why it's even open or how it's still running. The lobby is never open. Every time I pick up an order from here, I have to use drive thru & they ALWAYS have an excuse as to why they aren't open at 11am or 12pm!?!?!?! Employees always outside smoking instead of getting your order ready! Whoever manages this restaurant needs to be fired along with the rest of the employees 'not' working there. I'd say they'll shut down next because there's no way they're making enough to pay their utilities along with the incompetent few workers they have. Was told I'd have to wait 15 mins, waited 30 mins before I confronted them having to walk up to drive thru window. A female said she was the manager. She lied to my face about the situation. Then proceeds to smart off to me n ask me if I've ever worked in a restaurant before like I'm clueless! And yes I have! She has no business being in charge of a business & should be fired or demoted immediately. Whoever is allowing this store to be ran by her & ran the way it is should be fired as well, if it's privately owned they should strongly look into selling!!! Horrible place

Tried to come here several times for food and they always say they're out. Finally found out that it's because they just didn't want to make it. They are also never open in the lobby. AND the girl that took our order gave us an attitude. (Edit) I went today at 10:30am which is the time it says you are open online. I was told to come back at 11 because you weren’t open yet. I waited and came back at 11. I was told that you guys don’t open until 11:30. I guess you open whenever you feel like it and are consistently are inconsistent even after 2 years.

Y’all 1 stars trippin idk about day shift but Night shift and the GM are A1 on it food hot and super fresh amazing ppl laid back this place is a go to everything was hot fresh and great Desi and Jaden the best the whole crew rocks if y’all mad cuz you had to wait or something stupid you must of never worked fast food be more patient with people they have a life just like y’all do anyways note to Popeyes yall keep doing you this place has always been and always will be my fav chicken spot the ppl food and atmosphere is all A1

placed order at drive thru (12/27/2023) for an order of wings and coke. Drove to the pay window and paid for my order and was told there would be a few minutes for food prep. I pull forward of the drive thru line and waited 20 minutes and no order was delivered to me and no one seemed to have any concern that I was waiting. I drove off and went on my way home. Worst service I have experienced, I can understand why there is no one ever at this location and I will never be a customer again. They just more or less ripped me off since I had already paid for my order.

Pulled up to drive thru and no one took my order. I was pulling out to leave and a female employee came out from where cars were in parking lot. Smoking a cigarette and told me to order at the window the headsets were not working. I really like Popeyes food.This is so sad.
