Staff was rude and when we talked to the manager she came off condescending and very belittling. When asked a question she gave off attitude and was rude replying. Never will be going back to give them back my money and not to mention my food was soggy.

I tried their me grilled cheese fries and a 5 layer burrito! It coast me $9! I wouldn’t mind the price but the burrito was as big as a cheese rollup and the fries well what fries is the question??? If I could upload a picture to show I would!! Never again is what I say! Taco Bell has really fallen off with their food and service.. well RIP Taco Bell you were my all time fav? My go to , my special place! Not anymore I guess too many bad food trips to make me want to go back again. It’s like the ex you can’t let go of but must! Trash

No stars was waiting too long and observed crew members touching trash and not changing gloves and/or washing their hands but kept on making people's food.Absolutely DisgustingAnd Unacceptable it's common sense I won't go there again. They could sense I was watching but made no effort to change their gloves.

They need to fix the speaker on drive thru menu board when they talk to you it's static sounding and breaking up can't understand what they're saying. The girl at the window said they fixed it a few times and it's still messing up.

So I am WARNING all who goes to this location. We went here to have a decent meal, ordered our food and was almost pleased until we noticed that we had received an upcharge to our credit card with out asking us. In no way did I AUTHORIZE the girl at the register to charge my card extra. Her name is pictured on the receipt I am posting with this review. If I am not mistaken that's called MISDEMEANOR theft. My girlfriend called and asked for the charge to be put back on the card and they got very nasty with her. Made us go back through the drive thru which took almost 30 minutes. Then I think the manager, she had greenish blue hair the night of 06/24/23 and gave me the upcharge in change. I asked her to credit it back to my card and she said I just gave you back your change, have a good night and walked away from the window. I will be following up with Corporate.
