If you want true mouth watering pizza cooked in a wood fired oven then this is the place! Can't say enough about how good their pizzas are.

Our first visit here tonight. We are in Dalton to see the fall colors and celebrate our anniversary. The service and food were both excellent. We both enjoyed the Italian dishes. The atmosphere is very classy and enjoyable. Thanks for a great evening!!

Honestly one of the worst run restaurants I have ever visited. Every time I come, I swear to never go back. Today we entered and the male host/waiter snapped, “we are very busy. Just sit down and I will be back in a minute.” We sat on the couch and two other ladies came in behind us. The owner came over and greeted them without acknowledging us and seated them in the only open table left. We got up and left and had a lovely lunch at a different local restaurant that knows ho

Stopped here for a bite to eat while in Dalton. It is located in the downtown section, very pretty! The food and service were excellent. We sat at the bar as we didn’t know we needed a reservation and not surprising, they were booked for the night! Audrey our bartender/server did an amazing job! Would highly recommend this restaurant!

Hamilton is in the historic section of Dalton. Stopped for lunch during business trip. Great selection of salads, sandwiches, burgers and entree's. Good food, great service. Great selection for sit down business or group lunch

First of all we went here because I got a gift card from work. The waitress greeted us at the door and they had ceiling fans since my husband has epilepsy this would be a problem but she agreed to turn them off. Our meal was very good! I got the California salad and the in house balsamic vinaigrette was delicious! I was very impressed with the service and we will be coming back!

Wife and I went here on Saturday afternoon. They seemed short staffed but the waiter was awesome so no complaints! I ordered the Cuban sandwich which was really good. I love to try Cubans at different restaurants and this one is definitely good. They have hand cut fries as well, but they were a tad over cooked and not crispy crunchy. My wife got the chicken sandwich which was good. Nothing to ride home about though. She got the onion rings as well which were cooked nicely. Overall a good experience and willing to go back and try more food.

We are in town traveling and found Hamilton’s. The food was delicious, and the service was absolutely perfect. Allena was our server and we could not have asked for a more attentive and caring person. We can highly recommend Hamilton’s!
They had nice outdoor seating, perfect for our pup. The staff was super nice and very good food.

I'm not from the area so when family we were visiting suggested that we try Hamilton's we gave it a go. We had heard that they shared a kitchen with the pizza place next door so when things were jumping, food took a long time to come out and it needed some polish. That said, they didn't have a problem last Saturday night. Starters were on point, all five entrees game out quickly and were delicious. All the meat was cooked to order and the staff was friendly, accommodating and quick to refill cocktails. What else could you ask for? We will definitely be back on our next visit.

My wife and I drove all the way from Calhoun to try Hamilton's. We walked in and were told to pick a table that someone would be right with us. After 10 minutes and no one even speaking to us, we left and went to Cherokee Pizza where we were serviced immediately.
