Our first visit to Spartina Grill, but definitely not our last. We’ve stopped in Darien many times to eat at another local delicious place. We discovered Spartina after a friend’s recommendation. Delicious food, excellent server (Susan was amazing), and a beautiful location. We will be back.
Service was attentive and the gin cocktails were strong and delicious. The fish and shrimp tacos are very good. The French fries that accompanied the tacos were excellent. Nice inside dining area with bar and outside seating on screened porch or desk is available also.

We stumbled upon this gem which was 500 feet from our hotel. The hostess greeted us warmly when we arrived. We decided to sit at the bar, the bartender was great and everyone was so friendly. We had a great salad and fried green tomatoes that we shared. The food came out promptly and was very yummy. Prices were reasonable, drinks perfect, and the music (jazz) was just what we need after a stressful day of travel.
