We love finding little gems like this not far from the highway when road tripping. Went for a late lunch. Husband's meatball sandwich rocked--they make their own meatballs and marinara. My cypress sandwich was equally tasty. Ate outside on a beautiful day. Cute interior. Nice people.

We were driving down to Siesta Key for our annual family vacation and were looking for a place to grab a quick bite to eat.Zio Carlo Cafe popped up on our GPS. We looked at the menu & decided we would try it & it DID NOT DISAPPOINT!This place was absolutely the cutest, most quaint little place when we walked in. Service was awesome and prompt. The food was magnificent! Very fresh! We will definitely be coming back each year!Also, they had the best art pieces on the walls and at the front of the store they had a “leave a prayer, take a prayer” board!Love love love this place!

Very clean place with a friendly batista. Coffee was weak and needs to be brewed stronger. I wish I had tried something else like a cappuccino or latte and ordered some food.
