We came in on a Monday night to grab the 2 slice + a beer special we saw on the menu. We were not greeted for a while, and when we were, you could tell he did not want to help us or be there. The cashier told us we had a choice of the slices in the window (6 options). The options in the window looked less than appetizing, but we pushed on and ordered 2 slices each. When we asked what the beer options were, he said, "Oh, we don't even have beer anymore." Once we went to eat the slices, I also found a hair on my already less than optimal looking pizza.I give this place less than a year before someone better takes over the location. The menu needs to be updated at the very least. The employees could at least pretend to try.

Drove 45 minutes specifically for the Indian style pizzas (butter chicken and samosa) but when we arrived we found out they only do 6 pizzas a day, randomly. So the menu online is NOT accurate. There is NO WHERE that states which pizzas will be available that day. Staff is horrible / acts like they don’t want to be there and like they don’t want you there either. Random, huge puddle of water near the bathrooms, dirty environment, and overall pizza was “eh”. Skip this place.

This place is interesting. They’re barely open at the times that are listed on the door or online. The pizza is nothing to rave home about. When you ask for a slice of a particular pizza they claim they can’t make it because it’s not the pizza of the day. It’s disappointing.

I have eaten here before, but don’t think I will eat here again. The pizza is really good. A young lady in the back was eating pizza in the same area where they make the pizza. She bit her pizza, put on gloves and proceeded to making someone’s pizza. All while the slice that she bit off of was laying in the countertop. I no told her that she needs to wash her hand and that is unsanitary. The manager was standing next to her by the way. There is no telling what other gross things that are doing m, if they are allowing that. ?️

It doesn't seem that any of the employees have ever worked in a restaurant. And I mean like, before today. This girl couldn't get the pizza off the paddle, so all the toppings just flew into the oven. It was wild.I'm sitting here a half hour after my pizza was supposed to be ready for pick up and have been given zero explanation, compensation or consideration. Nobody even asked if I'd like something to drink, nothing. It's like if instead of selling cookies, they like a couple of girl scouts run a pizza parlor for a day. Also, their chairs stink. Parking is a joke. And they open at 12:30? Grow up, Flippin' Pizza.**Update. I wound up going across the street after an hour of waiting. Canceled my order and everything. I really wanted to cuss everybody out, but I was weak from hunger. Avondale Pizza Kitchen was like walking into a completely opposite dimension. Big smiles, nice warm greeting, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Immediately Abby, at the front counter, asked was everything okay. So I told her what had happened. And you know what she did? She gave me a free drink, apologized on behalf of Floppin Pizza, and put a rush on my order. What a superstar!Parking: There are no places to park. All of the retail slots have the name of a different restaurant on them. I guess if you're handicap, maybe that's the solution to your parking problem. But that's about it.Kid-friendliness: I didn't see a child in there. And I wouldn't bring my child here.I didn't see a child in there. And I wouldn't bring my child here.

Should have known walking in on an evening at 7pm and they were completely empty the entirety of our visit. Cheap pizza and bad customer service. Tried to ask questions off the menu that was badly lit and hard to see but the guy at the counter couldn't be bothered to muster a few words that were barely audible over the too loud music. Ordered what I thought was a larger pizza based on my scant communication with the guy behind the counter only to get the tiny pizza on a cheap paper plate you see below. Avoid this place.
Cool convenient distinct Avondale pizza pad easily accessible from any Decatur location.Spot is primed for takeout, but ready for walk-ins w 8 interior tables.Possibly the most original 'za spot I've eaten at..Check these out:- Samosa pie with cilantro chutney & tamarind.- Magical Paneer Tikka with paneer, mozzarella, & onions.- Whitestone with White crust, pecorino Romano basil ?Not a date nite eatery :) Usually one or two nonviolent staff/cook workin the Fast casual, to go.. V Nice Pleasant placeParking: Limited # of adjacent spots; usually not a prob as this primarily a Takeaway spot :/
Pretty good, large amount of food but kinda expensive. Salad was very good and fresh. Pizza rolls were very doughy. The staff are very nice!

This was my first time there, and the need lights need to be on. They look like they are always closed, and they messed up my order the employees seem like they dont like their jobs. Im from Brooklyn, NY, and the taste is really good. That is what saved this place. The toppings are nothing like New York. they didnt have enough topping. If you want this business to survive, revamp, go back, and start again. The pizza ovens are exactly like the pizza shops I grew up onthis business has to potential to be great you must start with great people!!! and attitudes and atmosphere!! you're on the path of greatness and can be the best in Dekalb County. Oh yes, I forgot to say take the old slices on display down they look old!!!!
