We were mostly alone one quiet night and we enjoyed the meal and the service. We will go again soon.

The food here is incredible! We have ordered takeout many times from this restaurant, but we had never actually eaten in before. We made reservations for a large party and they were super accommodating!I've never had anything I didn't like from their menu. I got the drunken noodles with chicken this time and they were amazing. This is a delightful hole in the wall and I definitely would recommend them to anyone who likes Chinese food!!Vegetarian options: Have a good selection of offerings that are vegetarian!Dietary restrictions: If you have restrictions, let them know -- they seem happy to accommodate where they can.

We ordered takeout and while the food was decent, the portion sizes were incredibly small for the price of each meal. They charge dinner prices for the lunch size portions. I also thought we were missing a container of rice but when I called back they explained that when you order more than one meal, they give you one large container of rice vs two small. Again, the prices do not justify the portion.

Been going here 25 years and my partner almost 40 years. Chinese food is fantastic. Everything is made from scratch including egg rolls and dumplings, Some nearby places serve premade frozen stuff and pass it off as authentic cuisine. The basic and familiar dishes are good, but be imaginative and try their rotating specials. They are a bit more pricey but outstanding. Some dishes to consider:Phoenix and DragonMu Shu PorkDrunken NoodlesAny scallop dishMandarin ChickenSince everything is made fresh and from scratch, you may wait a bit longer than if you dined at a nearby competitor where their food sits under hot lamps or is in a freezer. The dining room is plain, BUT do not let the décor dissuade you from perhaps one of the best Chinese dining experiences in the metro area.Steve and Sue Lee and Daughter Stephanie consistently deliver fresh, authentic Asian food. Enjoy.Vegetarian options: Lots of choicesDietary restrictions: Made to order--just askWheelchair accessibility: Handicap space right out front. No automatic doors but all on 1 level

My favorite Chinese place not on Buford Hwy. Great food and a true family run operation. Service is friendly but the speed of service is slow just because it takes them a while to cook the food (pick up is often an hour after you call).

DO NOT ORDER DRY FRIED POTATOES. IT'S JUST CRISPY BLAND OREIDA CRINCKLE FRIES. THE PROMISE OF GARLIC, GINGER, SCALLIONS, AND SZECHUAN SPICES WILL NOT BE FULFILLED. It was pretty meh.We ate here 15+ years ago. Thought the food was meh, even for American Chinese food. But we gave it another chance tonight. Menu looked interesting so we had high hopes.Service was slow. Szechuan Wontons in Chili Oil was barely spicy and too heavy on black vinegar. 3 out of 6 Shanghai Soup Dumplings had no soup. 8 Treasures Soup was lackluster. Chinese Pork with Tofu and leeks and chives lacked leeks and chive flavor. Best dish was Twice Cooked Pork, which we ordered to go. Most disappointing was the rice. Our measly portion tasted like stale corn tortilla. We'll never go back. The food was not terrible. It was just meh. Also, portion size was not generous. Next time, we'll just go back to our favorite American Chinese Restaurant, Golden Buddha, which is about a mile away. What we still miss is Good Luck Gourmet on Buford Hwy. That was good. So sad it closed.

Not quite Buford Highway but definitely better than the typical McAsian fried takeout spots.

Although the decor is old, (it's like going back to the 80's pretend you are in a time machine) THE FOOD IS AMAZING! We look forward to our take out nights from Pyng ho. Our favorite currently is Five Spiced Tofu and Pork with Slender Bamboo Shoots. The pork belly and kimchi is also a family favorite.

Worst chinese food. Took over an hour to get my food when there was only 4 couples dining in including me and my wife. When it arrived I didn't have an appetite to eat. Order fried duck, shrimp fried rice. Food is horrible. Never stepping my foot in there again.

Do not go thereIt was the worst experience I ever had at a Chinese restaurant. The food was bad and they asked me to come back as well as promised to provide a refund, but whe I got there to return the foodthey refused by lying. I was very upset and shoved the food over the counter and left.

Terrible don't eat here. The food remind you of 2000 Chinese, when it all went bad. The restaurant hasn't been renovated or deep cleaned since then either. Don't get me wrong they have a 95/A but the decor is dated and depressing. Yt people Chinese, cause no way. It's bland and tasteless. I'm not 100% sure the vegetables aren't plastic and they didn't bother to de-vein the shrimp.

Parking hack....if the lot is busy, use a pick up spot. It's allowed. Loved the fried tofu app.
