This visit was NOT good; 2 or 4 meals were incorrect (cold pot pie & bowl was not dressed) & took forever. To top that off - ice cream machine was down! --- no dessert --- not happy.. we visit this location 2-3 times per week. BTW, no manager or supervisor came over to my party to say ask how could they make my meal experience better.

Every experience I have had here has been met with rudeness and nastiness from the workers. I went to a Jason's Deli close to my work to order a few potatoes. As I got closer to home here in Douglasville, I realized that they neglected to give me butter, so I stopped in here. I brought my food in with the receipt to prove that I purchased it from another Jason's Deli and just simply needed some butter.I was met with a very nasty Hispanic woman who started screaming at me demanding that I pay----for BUTTER ----for potatoes priced at close to $12.00 each which I PURCHASED.Seriously, I was shocked at the rudeness. If food priced this high is going to be nasty JUST because you ask for condiments, it's time to eat elsewhere.Jason's food is good, but the nastiness is making it no longer worth it for me. Attitude and ugliness for BUTTER after shelling out $25.00 for 2 potatoes is not acceptable.Because of this un-necessary drama queen, I just went down the street to Kroger and got some nice garlic and herb flavored butter, but should not have had to do that since I PAID for my potatoes at Jason's Deli and it SHOULD have come with EVERYTHING I needed to enjoy my meal.This food is too expensive for them to be getting ugly just because you ask for some BUTTER.These workers HATE it here and it SHOWS ! That is HORRIBLE customer service !

I love this place! The Fresh Salad bar alone is worth the trip.
I ordered two corned beef sandwiches with Swiss cheese and mustard at the Douglasville location to go. The service was great however, the sandwiches were awful. The meat was tough as shoe leather. The sandwiches didn’t have the distinct flavor that you would expect from a corned beef sandwich. New York and Chicago know about real deli meat and how it’s supposed to taste. What a disappointment and waste of money ordering from this place. My lunchtime was ruined and I’m out of money fooling with this so-called restaurant. You just can’t get good food anymore.

Always yummy & clean. This is really the only Jason's Delli we go to. I have a gluten intolerance, and I have never gotten sick eating from here even when I have the salad bar. The service here is excellent and quick.

The reason I like Jason's Deli is for the Mufulleta - but wow ordering one here was awful, we were waiting in the drive through for 20 minutes while four customers behind us got their orders. Learn to have what's on your menu prepared
