This is my favorite Kroger. It is nice seeing the manager of the store doing what needs to be done to have a great store. He was restocking flowers, making sure everything was perfect for Valentines. It is always a pleasant experience coming to this store even when I am having a bad day. It is always clean, and I am treated with a smile. I cannot say enough good things about the awesome customer service that Tye in the produce department provided me. I went to get a watermelon and there were none in the bin. He offered to get me one from the back and picked out the sweetest one and placed it in my basket, all with a smile. Thanks Tye for making this a great shopping experience.

Store was clean and the staff was present but not available or attentive. The woman at the self checkout was so preoccupied with flirting and talking to a male customer I stood for quite a while and waited patiently. When I approached the customer service area Tamara was so helpful with getting my money order after she hung up her phone and replied "I dunno" when asked about money orders. Such a memorable experience!!
